Covey Point offers a cozy space for 12 w/ a game room & an outdoor living area!

Covey Point Lodge is an amazing space! Its open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze! The spacious living room will allow you to lounge on the couches and watch Dish while others prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. This fabulous kitchen has all the basic items to prepare a family meal. Don't forget the coffee at the stocked coffee bar (2 cups per guest). Visit with the cook at the bar area that seats 5 or prepare the table in the beautiful dining room that seats 8. Once you finish the meal and fellowship, enjoy some fun in the game room furnished with pool table, corn hole boards, card table , couches, smart tv & a bar area! Entertain the entire family while watching the game.
The master suite is nestled off the dining area. It is complete with an on suite bathroom that has an enormous shower with 2 heads and soaking tub. This spacious master suite houses a king bed and twin bed. There is also another twin bed located in the room off of the master. Upstairs at Covey Point lodge, there are 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have a full bed, while the other has 2 twin beds. One with an attached bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room on the main level of Covey Point to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
A water, honey bun, 2 cups of coffee, 2 towels, 2 bath cloths, will be provided per guest. 6 rolls of toilet tissue, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 cascade packet, and 2 trash bags will be left per stay to get your trip off to a good start! Be sure to bring additional items if you plan to be at the lodge for more than one night.
If you would like to hold an event Covey Point Lodge is THE PLACE! The spacious open living area, game room, and back porch area lends itself well to crowds. Discuss event fees and guidelines with Michelle!

Looking to have the best of both worlds, country living & a pool, rent The Pool House along with the lodge ! It is a one bedroom, with a king bed and pull out couch, pool table, full kitchen, bathroom, & a pool with a diving board located out the back door!
Be sure to enter the correct guest counter your total will be correct. The nightly price covers 6 guest. Any additional guest will cost an additional $10 per night per person.
Covey Point Outfitters is located near Troy and Luverne making lodging spacious, clean, and convenient for any events near those areas!
