I did not like that we have not been informed that in order to have the room cleaned a towel replaced you need to tell them. In fact we we returned we found the room a mess. Furthermore the staff who come to bring us fresh towels was quite annoyed. We were not made aware of the limited spaces in the car park we had to discover it by ourselves once returned to the hotel in the evening. Staff not very informative. Breakfast is a plus full of options and on Saturday and Sunday it is available until 12:00 well done!
