The Space:
This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. The sleeping arrangements offer comfort and flexibility: the top floor features a King bed, while the bottom floor boasts another King bed with sliding glass doors that provide easy outdoor access. Additionally, there's a Full bed upstairs and a bunk bed upstairs with a Full bed below and a Twin bed on top — perfect for kids or additional guests. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning but benefits from ocean breezes, fans in each bed room and skylights above can be opened to cool rooms down.

Other Things to Note:
For your safety and comfort, please note that guests do not have access to the garage and are kindly asked not to access the pond located on the property. Additionally, for safety reasons, the propane firepit on the lower level of the driveway is unavailable for guest use. However, there is a wood-burning firepit on the premises that guests are welcome to enjoy.
