Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub
Diese gut gepflegte Villa war für uns die perfekte Basis für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Von hier aus kann man mit dem Auto alle Facetten Istriens entdecken oder auch einfach mal nichts tun und die Zeit am Pool verbringen.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Mit einer Gruppe von 9 jungen Erwachsenen besuchten wir die Villa im September 2022. Das Haus liegt wunderschön,abgelegen im Hinterland von Istrien und ist rundum von Wäldern umgeben. Ein perfekter Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist zwar ohne Auto nicht zu bewältigen allerdings lassen sich mit 40-45min Fahrzeit wunderschöne Strände erreichen. Falls man die Fahrzeit nicht auf sich nehmen möchte bieten Pool und Whirlpool den idealen Meer Ersatz. Die Ausstattung ist Gruppen kompatibel, allerdings wünscht man sich in der Küche ein wenig mehr Stauraum für das ganze Geschirr und Platz um dort gemeinsam arbeiten zu können. Eine etwas größere Spülmaschine wäre ebenfalls eine nette Erweiterung obwohl man mit den 2 gebotenen Spülmaschinen gut über die Runden kommt. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist das W-Lan. Dieses reicht nicht in jedes Schlafzimmer und ist bei vielen verbundenen Geräten sehr langsam. Dieses Problem würde sich vermutlich mit einer 2. W-Lan Box beseitigen lassen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub in der Villa Sandi sehr genossen und können dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt für Familien
Schönes Haus, schöner Pool. Am Pool sind im Juli/August Wespen, zwar friedlich aber für Allergiker wichtig zu wissen. Der freundliche Nachbar verkauft Eier und Schnaps, fährt aber morgens zwischen 4 und 5 Uhr mit seinem neben den Grundstück geparkten Betonmischer zur Arbeit. Guten Schläfern macht das nichts aus.

Nettes Haus das leider nicht ordentlich in Stand gehalten wird
An und für sich ist das Haus nett gebaut und auch das Flair stimmt, leider wird es nicht ordentlich in Stand gehalten. Während unseres Aufenthalts im Juli 2022 wurden folgende Mängel festgestellt: - Ein Wasserhahn war Lose - Ein Schlauch in einer Dusche kaputt - Ein Bett war dreckig, außerdem gab es leider nicht genügend Bettdecken für alle. - Die Zimmer waren bedauerlicherweise nicht gut gereinigt. Spinnenweben über dem Bett, an den Bildern. - Eine Liege am Pool war defekt und wurde mit klebeband geklebt. - Im Pool sind einige Fliesen der inneren Poolwand abgefallen und lagen auf dem Boden des Pools. - Um der Pool herum gab sehr viele Wespen (nicht die Schuld des Vermieters), der Pool musste mehrmals täglich mit einem Kescher gereinigt werden, dies wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn dieser nicht mehrere Löcher gehabt hätte. - Der Vermieter machte uns nicht den Eindruck interessiert zu sein. Er war weder bei Übernahme noch bei der Abnahme des Hauses anwesend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch einen Nachbarsjungen. Dass eine extra Gebühr von 150 Euro für den Whirlpool dazu kommt stand ungünstigerweise nicht in der Beschreibung. Ebenfalls befand sich der Whirlpool außerhalb des eigentlichen Gartens, Gegenüber der Parkfläche

Schöner Urlaub
Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Der Pool kam bei den Kindern super an und wurde intensiv genutzt. In trockenen Wetterphasen sind recht viele Wespen da, um am Pool zu trinken. Da sollte man drauf eingestellt sein. Sie sind aber sehr friedlich und fliegen einfach weg, wenn man vorbei geht. Insgesamt ist sehr viel Platz im Haus vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Bäder kommen langsam etwas in die Jahre, aber alles funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, genauso wie die Nachbarn. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in Kroatien... Vielen Dank Sandi :-)

Top Haus, nur zu Empfehlen
Das Haus war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und Toilette. Lediglich die Lage, war für uns nicht ideal. Jedoch unsere Schuld. In der Beschreibung war alles Top aufgelistet. Wie im Titel, sehr sehr zu empfehlen
