Great hotel with a fantastic staff. They did everything possible to make our experience the best possible at this hotel. Great location, closer to Gramado’s downtown and a lot of shops, restaurants, etc.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Gramado, na Avenida mais badalada e a mais enfeitada para o Natal Luz e onde tudo acontece. O Hotel é temático (tema de animais de caça e no Natal é deslumbrante), com decoração impecável e com bom gosto. Todos os colaboradores são muito profissionais, prestativos e atenciosos. Parabéns a todos, pois seria injusto especificar apenas um ou outro. O café da manhã e simplesmente fabuloso e apetitoso e durante o período do Natal Luz tem shows toda a manhã com temas natalinos, sendo extremamente emocionante. Tenho 57 anos e adoro Papai Noel e volto a ser criança (rs). Os quartos não são grandes mas muito aconchegantes. FABULOSO. Eu e minha esposa já nos hospedamos diversas vezes no hotel e temos vontade de voltar sempre. ADORAMOS.
