This is a stupendous luxury villa of 380 m2 built on three floors with lift and on a plot of 600 m2.

This exclusive villa is only 200 metres from the access to the resort and has a private closed garage with capacity for 4 cars. It is built on a plot of 600m2 and has a surface area of 400m2.

Villa Piedra Amarilla is one of our most exclusive and largest accommodations as it can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 babies. It has 5 complete bedrooms, three of them with their own bathroom. The fifth bedroom, a small bedroom (at the back of the kitchen) with a trundle bed for two people, has a window and a full en-suite bathroom. It would only be opened if the booking is for 9 or 10 people.

This villa stands out for its large spaces and comfortable equipment. It also has a large private heated swimming pool (with supplement) and a marvellous outdoor terrace with two areas and privileged views of the mountains and the golf course.

It has a large living-dining room of 90m2 on two levels that will not leave you indifferent, with views of the golf course and the surrounding mountains. Apart from this, the villa has a guest toilet, a TV area and a large and modern independent kitchen with a laundry room and access to the outside.

Villa Piedra Amarilla is the perfect place for your family holidays, to enjoy the sun, the swimming pool and the tranquility that its privileged environment offers.

El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for tranquility and disconnection, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 800,00 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
