Excellent location to enjoy Granada. Cute apartment.Very tight parking. Issues with the air conditioning. Property manager tried to fix. First would not turn on, then we could not turn it off or adjust the temp. Appreciated availability of manager. Overall good stay.
We arrived the afternoon of the power outage, which was interesting, to say the least! We lost communication with Amira right when we were trying to check in, but once we reconnected she was wonderful, as was Danny in the admin office in the lobby. The elevator wasn't running till the next day, and he carried our heavy suitcases all the way to the 5th floor! Having been down with a respiratory thing for a few days prior, we didn't do our normal walking around, but were able to do our tour of Alhambra, which was incredibly beautiful. The apartment itself had everything we needed...the bathroom would have needed to be larger if we actully had 4 adults though, which you could do with the two bedrooms. We'd stay there again though as it worked well for us!
Beautiful property. Very helpful host. Clean. Close to lots of interesting shops and restaurants. What highly recommend. Parking in the garage is a bit of a challenge.
We had a really nice week in Granada and the apartment contributed to that. A big drawback, however, was the underground car park. It's far too small for a normal car and that wasn't visible on the website. But everything else was OK.
Modern and clean on the surface. Pillows and mattress stained. Wardrobe door off rollers. Washing machine drawer caked in mold. No appropriate system for check-out if using the car park. Good location but very noisy.
It was lovely and clean with lots of space for 4 of us.
I wouldn't advise bringing a car unless you are experinced in driving in tight spaces. And you can walk almost everywhere. Great location.
We have just returned from a city break in Granada staying in this wonderful apartment. It was lovely and modern, clean and comfortable, just as you see it advertised. It had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable with plenty of storage space. Really good water pressure in the shower. Wifi was great, everything worked perfectly. There were two lifts to your floor with a car parking space in the basement, really useful if you would like to have the use of the car on some days to explore the surrounding area outside the city.
From the balcony you could look out to the snowcapped Sierra Nevada and also the Alhambra. The taxi rank was close by which we used for city sightseeing and was usually in the region of 4 to 5 euros. Very good location for for all sightseeing ie Alhambra etc. Restaurants, cashpoints and a supermarket were all in the street below so everything was in easy reach. Carlos was fantastic and met us on arrival and guided us into the car park (tight but good to have) and then went through places of interest which was a help and he was on the end of the phone if you needed anything further. All in all a really good experience and would highly recommend it.
Sauber, hell und neu, fĂŒr 2 Personen groĂzĂŒgig und komfortabel, sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert. Gute Isolierung gegen die etwas lĂ€rmige StraĂe, man hört von innen nichts. Sehr gut gelegen, um Granada zu FuĂ zu erkunden. Carlos hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen.
The apartment was smaller than expected (advertised for up to 6 people) and was more appropriate for 2. To use the dining table we had to move the couch, coffee table and it was still a tight squeeze. The kitchen only had enough silverware for 3 people, the smallest espresso maker, and was not well provisioned especially if one wants to cook a full meal. The AC was placed at the far end of the apartment and did not reach the two bedrooms or the bathroom. The AC drains onto the small balcony so the floor was wet. The wifi was intermittent. There is plenty of closet space and the apartment is quite clean, newly painted and quiet even though it is on a busy street. The department store and supermarket are very close, as well as smaller "alimenation" corner stores. Taxis and buses are nearby and it is walkable to all the major attractions.
Perfekte Wohnung mitten in der Stadt, sodaĂ man alles zu FuĂ erreichen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Ausstattung und ist (obwohl an einer groĂen StraĂe) sehr ruhig. Nur Vorsicht: Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein (im Fahrweg sind einige Pfeiler, die das Durchkommen erschweren). Mit unsererem Opel Insignia sind wir kaum raus gekommen (das war Millimeterarbeit). Mit einem kleien Auto ist die Garage direkt im Haus aber absolut perfekt.
