Lovely hotel in central city location

Hotel is lovely, rooms very comfortable and there is a little roof top pool to cool down, 38C on day I stayed. It is in a famtastic central location, close to great bars and near the market.

Great base to explore Granada

We had a really enjoyable couple of nights here. It’s not the easiest to find if you’re not familiar with Granada’s traffic system. We were escorted in by a moped rider who was obviously on the lookout for lost tourists. €10 well spent - satnav was absolutely no help. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fairly basic - no tea n coffee making facilities - but the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We definitely didn’t need the earplugs provided! The rod terrace was ok. The pool is about those of a snooker table and less than waist deep but it was a welcome relief from the late afternoon heat. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. I’d recommend Los Diamantés, which does traditional Grenadine tapas (“food! Not just almonds or olives like in Madrid”). Buffet breakfast provides everything you could want to set you up for a trek up to Mirador San Nicolas and/or Albeicin (both also walking distance)

This is the second time I stay in this hotel and it has exceeded my expectations once again. From the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out you will be pleased. The staff is beyond pleasant and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Great location, centrally located and walkable to everything we needed and wanted to see or visit. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Good position

Great position on main road. Close to Cathedral and markets. Reception service was excellent Wifi was intermittent- very frustrating- sometimes it worked and then went off. Didn’t matter where in the room I was, it kept turning off after a couple of minutes of logging on. However wifi worked brilliantly in reception area and breakfast room That’s the only complaint I would have - otherwise good hotel to stay in

Poir check in experience.

Arrived for a 2pm check in having travelled a long way to Granada. Was met by guy in reception who said room wasnt ready and to go away and have rome food and comeback later. I advised him check in was stated as 2pm? He said we are busy? Had to leave cases and clothes in a store cupboard which wasn't fit for purpose. Completed all the paperwork at this time. Arrived back at just before 4pm and cudnt find my reservation despite already being checked in? Even sorted but still had to make a call to check on room? Just overall a poor start to our anniversary stay.

The property was excellent but the build itself is nothing without the personnel working on it, they were very friendly since the first moment, they took care of our car, I would like to make special mention to Rafael (Rafa) who was our guide since the first sight, he recommended tours, restaurants, point of interest, he is one kind of the employee that any company would like to have and keep for ever. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They took our huge amount of bags when we arrived early and let us check in a little early into our room. They did the same thing on the day we checked out. They Got us ice and limes and give us advice. The spa was so delightful. Just what we needed after a long day of touring and very affordable! Room was very comfortable if small and the roof deck was absolute heaven with gorgeous views of the whole city.

A very modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada centre. Very clean and housekeeping gave a good prompt service. Staff at reception excellent and always willing to help. We did have any food at the hotel so unable to comment.

Good location

Great location for walking to Albecin, Alhambra and commercial centre. The hotel is very clean and efficient. Beds comfortable but the room was quite small , there’s a lot of street noise and a thin opaque glass door to the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy
