Spacious living room with access to another large private terrace. This two-story home requires climbing stairs. The decor is impeccable and well-maintained, designed for a comfortable stay. It is accessed via a small hallway, and there are no large staircases or an elevator.<br>We take special care to ensure the property is clean, paying close attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, kitchen, and door and window handles....<br><br>The cleaning of linens (towels, sheets, bedspreads, etc.) is handled by an industrial laundry service that has already adapted to COVID-19 protocols for disinfecting and sanitizing linens.<br><br>I’ve copied some of the reviews we have on another rental site to help you decide to rent from us.<br><br>Sibylle<br>August 2019<br>Christina’s house is truly great for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house is spotless, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. The beds aren’t too low and are very comfortable. The best part is, of course, the upper terrace with a direct view of the sea. The sun shines there until 5:30 p.m., and in the evening you can sit and enjoy the view under the starry sky. We were welcomed very warmly, and there were many little touches we didn’t expect but were very happy to receive: water, wine, coffee, tea, fruit, olives… Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and there was plenty of information available for excursions and activities. Everything was carefully prepared and thoughtfully arranged. Cristina made everyone feel right at home and struck exactly the right balance between being attentive and letting us enjoy the space. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, and the upper balcony in particular was absolutely brilliant. El Médano itself is wonderful in every way. It’s perfectly located with a fabulous view and easy access to the beach. Portable beach chairs were also provided if you want to go to the beach. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fruit, coffee pods for the Dolce Gusto machine, water, and a bottle of sparkling wine. You often have to buy bottles of salad dressing and the like, but they provided small packets for us. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the linens were high-quality. There was even shampoo and shower gel. It’s just a short walk from the centre of El Médano and its local cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Christina’s house.
