Large ocean view apartment! La Tejita El Medano

Large apartment in 5 min walk from the beach. (Rare - Ocean view from the bed). Apartment has a great views from both sides to Ocean and Teide. Also, you will see the Airport with all the planes landing and taking-off, however the noise will not bother you, because apartment is far enough away from airport.

Two bedrooms on the second floor, sofa-bed in a living room, and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and coffee machine, a terrace and a sun terrace with the ocean view, with free Wi-Fi (optical internet), a parking and a private swimming pool.

My parents are living in this apartment in winter time, and they are renting it in summers - that means apartment is fully equipped for a full-time living.

One (cabinet) room will be locked to store our personal belongings inside.

Sotavento is an area of new residential complexes located between the fishing village of Los Abrigos and the town of El Medano, nearby the natural sand beach of La Tejita which is a part of Montana Roja National Park. There is a famous El Medano beach on the east side of the mountain which is considered to be the best place for windsurfing and kitesurfing: there are the annual world championships under the authority of PWA. Magnificent landscapes, especially sunsets, carefully preserved nature, clean ocean - all these things will fulfill your holiday away from the tourist center vanity. There is a new shopping center with a supermarket and a wide choice of restaurants and cafes has been built in the center of the area. There are also many shops and a hairdresser in the shopping center. There is a small park with a playground nearby. The neighboring Los Abrigos, which is 5 minutes away, is famous for its fish restaurants with a rich choice of fresh seafood.

3 minutes to recreation park with huge children's playground.
15 minutes to Montaña Roja

5 min to the village of El Medano with its shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, terraces near the sea where you can enjoy typical Canarian tapas and fresh island fish for a reasonable price.

Wifi may not work in whole apartment. As apartment is big - wifi do not cover it all.
Check In and Check Out outside of working hours (22:00 – 8:00)
