I was here for a night as I was getting my grandma situated into an assisted living near by. Set my stuff down and was on the run helping her. Got in on late Friday night, and went to shower. The attached picture is what I saw. As someone in healthcare, there is bacteria and such growing in that hole. And there was visible mold around the edges. Mold is growing as the water gets under that coating. Probably not safe to be inhaling either. Absolutely no way I’m showering in that. The room was $170 a night. How is this right? When I politely ask what can be done, I was told the GM would not issue any refund for my issues. (Shannon was an angel so this was not directed at her.) They’re remodeling right now so it’s like a gamble on what kind of room you get. For $170, that’s not a game anyone wants to play. And after a long day, I just wanted a clean shower. Do not stay here, the GM doesn’t care and you’ll be gambling on your room condition.

The room had mold in it the bathtub was peeling and there was rust all in the bathtub the floors were dirty and there was dirt all over the baseboards the shower handle that you hold on to was broken and the shower itself was pulling away from the tile it was very unsafe we did not even shower while we were there. We submitted a complaint to Expedia and are waiting a reply. They are supposed to be looking into this. It was not good at all in the owner did nothing.

TV wouldn't even turn on. I had already gotten ready for bed, so I didn't call for help. The room was great and clean, the bathroom was dingy and looked old. They came and changed my floor towel and left extra towels, but didn't refill the coffee which was really all I would have needed. I was the only one there, so the floor towel was fine & I still had plenty of towels.

Needs some corrections

I felt the bathroom floor seemed sticky. The tub area above showed signs of earlier leaks from above. The sink appeared to have rust at the drain. The bathroom mirror lighted edging would pulse in a very disturbing fashion and not stay on constantly.
