Experience one of the best condos at Mountainside at Granby Ranch! Granby Ranch Lookout 1,000 square foot, ski-in/ski-out, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom bottom floor condo in the Mountainside complex that sleeps up to 10 and offers direct access to the best of Granby Ranch any time of the year. The unit is on the ground floor facing the mountain so it’s like having the ski hill right in your backyard!

At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.

Located just 20 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, hiking or biking, golfing, fishing, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for three vehicles is available in the large Mountainside parking area. A storage locker for ski and golf equipment is available for your use right outside the condo entrance. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio are available for your full use.

In addition, guests have access to the Inn at SilverCreek fitness center (5 minute drive), which features heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a fitness room and racquetball court that are available year-round with the purchase of a day pass. Passes are $5 / day for guests ages 12 and under, and $10 / day for everyone else.

Granby Ranch Lookout is one the premier properties within the Mountainside condo complex, which is nestled close to the base of the Granby Ranch Ski and Bike resort. This spacious home is newly remodeled and has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics and breathtaking views from every room. Perfect for families and large groups, this property can sleep 10 plus an additional child in the provided pack-n-play.

Free parking for 3 vehicles in the large Mountainside complex parking lot is included.

This luxurious home boasts easy access to the great amenities that Granby Ranch has to offer, including the community pool/hot tub and fitness center (the Inn at Silvercreek). The base lodge bar/restaurant and ski lift are also right down the slope. The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and open concept living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a homey touch to this mountain getaway. A porch facing the ski hill provides space to relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

After a long day on the slopes, you will find convenient storage for your gear with a dedicated storage locker available for your use just outside the condo entrance. You can head to the Inn at SilverCreek to soak your sore muscles in the community hot tub and heated pool, or head inside the home and relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the TVs.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and kitchenware. Supplies for cooking and baking, some basic spices, place settings for 12, a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, crock pot, blender and toaster and more are available for your use. There is a high chair/booster seat and dishes/utensils for the little ones.

Sleeping arrangements:
● Master (sleeps 2): features a king size bed desk / workstation area, and a TV
● Junior Suite (sleeps 2): Queen bed, TV, attached bathroom and views of the slope
● Bunk Room (sleeps 4): Access to the bunk room through the Junior Suite, separated by two large sliding barn doors. It includes a twin XL bunk, and a twin bed with a trundle. Note that the twin beds may not be a good fit for an adult.
● Dining room (sleeps 2): There a full-size Murphy bed in the dining area for extra sleeping space

Our stay was wonderful the place the amenities everything including the scenery were fabulous we live in Denver. I am a teacher and have been coming up to Grand Lake since I was child. Now my kids get to exp experience the same one of the few Colorado and left that was born and raised here.

Great spot that is centrally located between Granby/Frasier/Winter Park

This is a good central location that is near a grocery store, but also had dark skies at night for star gazing. We were able to access Granby/Frasier/Winter Park easily and the location had plenty of sleeping room for all our guests.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

The property was beautifully renovated! The colors, the layout, the comfort was perfection. We utilized all beds and they were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the early morning hours because of the wildlife!

Perfect LOCATION!

This is truly a ski in/ski out condo! We loved the location! Condo looks recently renovated. Very easy check in process. Plenty of room for 2 small families. Overall the place was clean. There were a couple of minor instances where things could be cleaner like wine glasses. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Location

The Ski In/Ski Out here is legit. This served as a perfect home base for our ski trip. We had a big group of varying abilities, and anyone could easily ski half way down a green and stop at the condo for a bit to rest or get dry socks or even just stop for a nap. It was perfect.

The place is gorgeous. Very private location. We have 2 kids, 1 with autism. So I used to pick spots convenient for the fam. It's very comfortable location with 5 min drive to the community pool and bunch of hot tubs we used every day. Gas station and grocery store is right next to the pool. check in is super easy, condo is new and nice, equipped with all you need for your stay. I would highly recommend this property. but please keep it as is because we do want to come back)

Great place!

This was a great condo! Had a small issue at arrival with paper products but overall the place was clean and super easy to get to the lift. We were able to ski right into the condo! Great views too! The property manager took care of all our needs and was very responsive. We definitely plan to come back!

Great Stay!

Communication was A+ from start of reservation to checkout. The property was exactly like the pictures showed, immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed for a long stay. The beds were very comfortable, even in the bunk room. The big LCD TVs were easy to figure out with lots of streaming options. The unit was on the end which offered privacy and great views of the ski area. We observed deer walking right up to the property just a few feet away. It was very quiet with little noise from other guests. Parking was very close to the entry door which was very convenient. They also supplied many of the little things like shampoo, lotions, fans, etc. The checkout was simple and fair! Looking back, we made a great choice picking this property for our stay.
