This condo offers a beautiful getaway for families! This location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts–enjoy easy trail access for a fun day of skiing, mountain biking, or hiking. This condo is conveniently located between Grand Lake with Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park with Winter Park Ski Resort, beautiful mountain golf, snow tubing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and hot springs! Join us at this perfect location for your next mountain adventure.

You'll have everything you need to make your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and if you'd like to spice things up, you can grill out on the community outdoor grills. The kitchen opens into the spacious living area where all can comfortably gather on the plush couches, including a queen sofa bed, to enjoy your favorite movie on the TV and warm up by the gas fireplace.

Step out onto your private patio to take in the mountain views and Colorado sun. Free access to WiFi internet ensures you can stay connected while still getting away from it all. For your convenience, ski storage is just outside the front door.

The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

There was alot of room in the Condo. They where prompt to get a problem fixed. Be ready for alot of stairs. View from the condo was nice. Grocery Store was close by. Would come again.

Not as advertised

I specifically rented this property because it had a private hot tub. When we arrived at the property, the hot tub had been removed but the property rental management company was not willing to do anything for the inconvenience and were very slow at responding to my questions about the lack of hot tub until several hours after our check in time. Because they had removed the hot tub from the listing, they did not believe me that it was on the listing when I booked. I had not saved that information, because I assumed that they were honest in their advertising and have never had an incident like this before. The virtual video of the condo still included the hot tub.

Would I stay again??

We really enjoyed our time. Problem is the age of the property. Floor tiles were broken, Front door trim needs paint, Counter top is badly cracked, Unit was not clean, Mini blinds were in poor condition, No paper to play Pictionary, Down stairs bathroom smelled like (well you know what). just lots of things not right for a rental property.

Property needed maintenance badly.

We showed up to a hot tub that was cold and a tv that didn’t work and a fireplace that didn’t work. Maintenance guy came and said hot tub was just heating up so that was ok till the next day when we found out that less than half the jets worked this was pretty bad because this was the main reason for the booking. He could not fix tv or fireplace and neither worked the whole stay. There was a floor lamp in the living room that shocked one of my kids we were not impressed. We talked to the property managers and we’re offered no compensation at all. Location was good and property clean just need some TLC!!!!!

Beautiful place

Wonderful location, beautiful interior and very functional for a family ski trip. They were accommodating with our wish to add an additional night. Our only wish was that there wasn't so much time between check-out (10am) and check-in (4pm) - either allow earlier check-in or later check-out.

Spring Break 2017

We stayed here for our spring break ski trip. The Condo is nice and all was ready when we arrived, and the check in process was simple. The place was clean and well equipped. It is most definitely NOT ski-in/ski-out, as it requires a significant walk to the closest lift, which is okay for an adult, but for my 11 year old was a bit too much. So I would suggest just driving down to the lodge and parking there for skiing. My only complaint is that the ceiling was damaged in the "master" bath, (possible water damage) and pieces of the ceiling were flaking off and falling. I notified the management group at checkout, so hopefully this was fixed. Overall, our experience there was great, and we would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Granby Ranch. The unit was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of plates, cups, silverware, utensils, that made eating in the unit very easy. There is a supermarket right across the highway from the entrance from Granby Ranch, so we bought food to eat breakfast and lunch in the unit every day. Everything was in good working order, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and hot water. It was nicely decorated and current. The only minor recommendation I would make is to provide more hangers in all the closets. The Mountainside condos are conveniently located to slopes. You are able to ski in and out right to the end of the parking lot. There is also another chair lift at the other end of the parking lot which makes it easy start skiing immediately. Granby Ranch is a great place for families, especially those with inexperienced skiers. Our 2 kids had never skied before this week. We enrolled them in 2 half days at the ski school. They both had a great time and want to continue to take some lessons. My wife only skis green runs, so she enjoyed the slopes. I was able to find some blues that I could ski and meet her on the greens towards the bottom. They also have a separate chair that only contains blue, blue diamond and black diamond runs, I was able ski there when she was done for the day. Granby Ranch offers something for everyone!
