The villa is set in its own grounds with coconut palms, bougainvillea and many other tropical plants and flowering shrubs. If you are a nature lover you will delight in watching the many species of brightly coloured birds that visit the garden. There are easy chairs and a low table on the covered veranda and for outside dining a large dining table and chairs in the garden beyond it . There is also a dining table in the lounge/ dining room. The kitchen is next to the dining table area. The lounge area has a settee, two easy chairs, TV and coffee table. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one en-suite and the bathroom. Upstairs there are two double rooms one with a covered balcony overlooking the garden. The villa has a safe and an alarm system. There is a landline for incoming calls only and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is suitable for wheelchair users. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. The living space, lounge, dining room, kitchen, patio and garden are all ground floor without steps.
Sevice charge.
There is a one off cleaning fee of 2, 300 Mauritian Rupees (approximately £50) payable in cash during your stay at the villa to the owners sister, Veda.
