We were greeted by the staff whenever we arrived or left and made to feel they cared about our choice to use that hotel. The Breakfast bar was excellent and the room was the best we had stayed in over a week of traveling.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially in the breakfast room, where they kept the food replenished until closing. The kids loved the pancakes, and the pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. As a major plus, the hotel is perfectly situated near the Grand Canyon South Entrance. We highly recommend this hotel if your budget allows for it.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind and yes very professional from the front desk to the housekeeper that help when I asked. I did the Rim to river hike and the Breakfast was great to start the days hike and the jacuzzi great for my sore muscles. Thanks

Room was clean, air conditioner, refrigerator, bathroom - everything worked great. One far elevator worked, but the main elevator was out of order - this caused lines. Breakfasts are good, but breakfast area is small and supper crowd - even hard to find available table.

Reasonably priced but very poor value for a host of reasons. Run down rooms. Nonexistent “free” internet. TV service continually unavailable. Dirty carpets in hallways are lifting. Non-working electrical outlets. Housekeeping carts parked in halls through the night. Poor housekeeping service. Shower did not drain. Toilet barely flushed. Loud air conditioner.

Very nice hotel with an outstanding breakfast. The staff at check-in and at breakfast were extremely courteous and friendly. In fact, we have been visiting our national parks for over a month and a half and, without a doubt, the staff at Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites were the most friendly we have encountered!
