We enjoyed the location. But we were very disappointed that the room was very warm and there wasn't any control on the a/c unit to adjust the temperature. Also we left a blanket in room 211 when we left. We didn't realize it until getting home in Victorville, CA. We called the property today at 1:30 pm. The girl who was very nice found the blanket. But when I stated I would pay to have it sent to us we were told they still couldn't complete this task. We feel that shows poor customer service based on their negative decision. Last time we'll stay at this Ramada. Sincerely, Donald and Ruth Herr
