I was embarrassed when we arrived at the property. I made the booking from pictures online and brought my mom here for an overnight. The property is terribly rundown and is in a sketchy part of town. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. It needs to be shut down for a month for renovations and to clean things up in my opinion.

The property was a good property for the price. Most of the hotel/motels in Flagstaff are older. This one was older but it was clean and the free breakfast was also good.

This is an older hotel that has been completely refurbished. It's a pretty good place to stay at a reasonable price. A Denny's is a 3 minute walk away.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Just a little dated. I used it for a base for different day trips. Grand canyon, Sedona, Monument Valley all within striking distance. The free breakfast was very good everyday. Many restaurants within 10 minutes. YES, I would stay there again.

We were very disappointed by the tv channels. NBA playoffs were on the night we were there, no sports channels especially ESPN so we were not able to watch the game. The shower design was terrible, water all over the floor. The breakfast area was small and not large enough to accommodate the amount of people there. Since there was no room we took a bagel to go and it was stale. We did not find the front desk clerk at time of check in to be friendly at all. Would not recommend this facility.
