The room was nice and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. The hot tub was broken, though, which was the primary reason we picked the hotel. There's also no free breakfast.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago during a family vacation, and unfortunately the room was not very pleasant. My daughter was especially unhappy with the experience. The biggest issues were the view, which was just a wall, and the floors, which were very dirty and dingy. Overall, the room felt run down and not well maintained. While the room size was good, the condition really took away from our stay. Additionally, the staff did not seem very welcoming and appeared unhappy, which made the experience feel less comfortable. Because of this, we would not choose to stay here again if we return to Williams.
