Negatives, our room was never properly cleaned. Food was not great, but free. Rooms need to be updated. The heater was extremely loud and constantly circulating on and off. We opted to be cold and just unplug it all together. Positive was the waterpark which is the only reason we stayed here.

Fun family stay

Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. This is a large hotel with many floors so a single lift was not ideal. Bed mattress heaves so much on the sides you feel as though you may just roll out. Arcade had many “out of service” games.

The water park was nice and accommodating. Great for the kids to play at, lifeguards on duty seemed involved. Garbonzo’s pizza and arcade are great for the kids and adults and reasonably priced! Room was mediocre, shower head was horrible, beds were rounded and found yourself rolling to the outside. Asked if we could upgrade our room first night in, staff in the evening said yes come back in the morning after 11am. Came back at 11:03am next day, staff refused an upgrade. We didn’t let it bother us that much, asked for late checkout the night before our check out date; again was told to contact in the morning, we did and again they refused. Was billed $60 USD for a “extra person” for our double queen room, but yet we only had 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. Asked about it to the manager, said they don’t know why, talk to Expedia; which I did and am waiting a response, as the hotel manager stated we should not of had an additional charge. She said that we would receive an emailed invoice as well… still waiting on that as well… so would I stay again… yes, but mostly for the kids water park as it kept them entertained.

Out Dated and Broken Down

We checked in Friday and were told an elevator was broken and others were running slow. It took 10 minutes to get an elevator up to the room. We got in the room and found the queen bed to be wore out and very uncomfortable. The room didnt have a thermostat the temps were control by a wall unit that just had warmer or cooler which lead to frustration. The tv in the kids room wasnt working when I turned it on and after looking around a bit found the HDMI cord was unhooked from the Direct TV box and was just hanging there. The TV in the main room was a smart TV, but only had a Direct TV remote that didnt do anything with apps and you manually had to change the tv with a button on the bottom of the tv to a HDMI to get tv. Once it was on that you had walk over and aim the remote behind the tv to change channels. One of the hotels restaurants was closed all weekend. Checking out was a nightmare with elevator issues and lack of baggage carts it took 45 min to get a cart, get up to the room, then wait to get room in an elevator back down. It really was an awful experience. My son enjoyed the water park. It would likely be the only reason I'd consider staying here again.

Room was great, one elevator wasn’t working so it took a long time to get to our room. A lamp and outlet were not working. Would be nice to be able to plug-in USB’s on both sides of the bed.

No sleep

Check in was fine but the elevator wasn't working and the hot tub wasn't working - then throughout the night the heat/air unit was so loud every 5 minutes it sounded like a fog horn.
