Really enjoyed the pool with the grandkids. The nice lady at the pool receptionist said as very friendly and great customer service. She even remembered us the next day The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The only thing that put a damper on the stay was we put five dollars in the Photo Booth by the arcade entrance the photo was not working and went into the arcade to see what’s up. A young lady was who said she had gotten a ride to work because of the ice. She asked a youn man and he told us that it was a third party that owned the Photo Booth. He said there was nothing he could do. Also said a phone number was on the booth. But there was none. Kind of disappointed because it just put a damper on our whole visit. Mentioned he should put an out of order sign on it and it didn’t seem like he was going to do anything. Kindness goes a long way

Stayed there with our two boys this past week thru Christmas. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, the hotel lobby was decorated very beautifuly for the Holiday season. We were able to enjoy the water park for one day, as i was inaware that EVERYTHING would be closed on Dec 25th. No where on their site does it state that

We love the Waterpark it’s very nice that you get that little separate bunk bed room but the room are a little outdated the A/C didn’t work correctly and the rollout door to bunk bed room was broken and very hard to open and close otherwise everything was fine

Accommodations were clean and well spaced in the room. The front desk was friendly and even offered to watch our dog! Nice people who came in during a blizzard no less. Spacious and lots of amenities. Great location also.
