Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Kristin was very pleasant and upgraded our room as he room we initially booked could not accommodate having a Cot bed. Nice touch including the free breakfast on both mornings at Aaltos. Overall great stay, kids loved the waterpark. Would come back again.

The room was so hot it was too much. To run the air conditioner was the same as trying to sleep next to a generator . The restaurant was not busy and took 45 minutes for the most basic egg order. Pool was great as us usual.
