Our stay was good. My only complaint was the hot tub which was NOT HOT AT ALL. It was also a little chilly in the waterpark compared to others I've visited. I would definitely recommend wayyy hotter water in the hot tub and turn up the heat a little!

Pretty cool place for family’s, kids loved to water park. Rooms are very tired and dated but were clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a good value by any means but if you find yourself in grand forks during bad weather and want to let the kiddos have fun it basically your only option. So yea

Family friendly. It was a nice surprise that they offered free breakfast vouchers at Altos for every morning of our stay. Pool was a hit for the whole family. Friendly staff. Clean room, which is always a bonus. We will be returning in the future!

Clean room and great staff. Was offered free upgraded room and free breakfast vouchers. Only downside was there must have been some construction. It seemed very loud in our room, even at 10:30pm we could hear people hammering. But overall always a great getaway.

We always enjoy the waterpark with the kids. The food and drink options are vast between the restaurants. The nightlife at Playmakers on the weekend can be fun and exciting. The room was clean and comfortable.
