we were offered an upgrade to a suite and there was lots of repairs needed. the jacuzzi tub had a large crack near the faucet and taps. the toilet paper holder wasn’t assembled well and fell apart when pulling a sheet of toilet paper and the drape above the window were coated in a thick layer of dust that has clearly never been vaccumed. lots of the veneer on the bed frame was also chipped and worn off. room 401. i hope they fix it. other than that our trip was great. i love water slides.
