Gulf view! Beach Entry! 12 Guests, 4 Parking Spots

Summary:
Great Camp in a great location, across from the beach with a gulf view from the upper deck. Three bedrooms and three bath camp. We have a Boiling Pot & charcoal BBQ Pit. Fully stocked kitchen with a stove and fridge. We have a separate laundry room, a pantry, and an extra fridge. It's right across from the beach public access with an upstairs deck facing the water.
Pet-friendly property $200 cleaning charge for pets as I have life threatening asthma.

The Space:
Three bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a Full and one with a full over full bunk with twin trundle. Plus there is a loft with a queen bed and a living room futon sofa.

Guest Access:
Four parking spots.

The Neighborhood:
Middle of the island. Within a mile of restaurants and grocery stores.

Other Things to Note:
Construction on the levee is almost finished. Our beach entry is open! The internet connection is fiber so it's blazing fast!

The host was so helpful in relaying information previous to our stay since VRBO was not able to send that info to us. The camp/house was so welcoming and comfortable for our family. It was well equipped with cooking equipment, beach toys, chairs and ample parking. Looking forward to our next stay!

Spring Break Family Getaway

Overall we enjoyed the week at Grand Isle. The area is very isolated and takes a good 2-2-1/2 hours to get up to New Orleans. The area is still very devastated from the last hurricane with many of the home still destroyed and sitting like they were when the hurricane came through. House has a weird layout and couple of items that we would have expected were not there. We stay in rental homes 2-3 time per year and seems to be certain things that you expect to have supplied. There was no aluminum foil, no coffee filters for their coffee maker, no salt and pepper, no dish rags, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, enough laundry and dish detergent to do 1-2 loads. Things like this are aggravating as we cooked at the house one night and had to run to the store a couple times as we found items we needed. The grill was also left a mess and took me 45 minutes to clean all the ashes out of it and get it where we could use it.

Perfect quiet beach vacation

If you are wanting a beach vacation without having to deal with the crowds at the big tourist spots I highly recommend grand isle. The beach was pretty and most days there was only 1 or 2 other families. Christy was a pleasure to work with. She kept in touch and even gave us recommendations on where to shop and eat. There was 11 of us total and we had plenty of room.

Island sunsets

The property was perfect for my family and myself. We loved being directly across from the beach access! The property was super clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early and easy. We didn’t have any problems the whole time we were there. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the motel on the side of us. On our second night my daughter was scared to see a man passed out on an ice chest on the side of the hotel.

Love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cest Bon. Communication with the host was easy and she replied right away. Right across the street from public access #10. We had plenty of parking for our vehicles, boat, and golf cart. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pot or utensil you can think of. Lots of beds and sleeping space. The only think I would do next time was bring a butane tank for boiling crabs. She has a nice pot for boiling there. I saw a review earlier about someone saying the stairs were unsafe. I have prosthetic knees and I had no trouble at all with the stairs. Handrails are on both sides. Everything about this house was awesome! Oh, and she has plenty of towels!

owner and cleaning ladies were VERY accommodating. Place was clean.

No one's fault that we had TWO rain Storms!!! So the property was soaked but we made the best of a bad situation. We would recommend this to our friends. Only thing we would have liked was a screened area to eat our boiled crabs.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the property. Nice clean house with nearly everything you’ll need provided. Right on Main Street frontage and just across the road from the beach. Enough parking for two trucks with 20ft bass boats. The host was nice and easy to text back and fourth with any questions. We slept 6 adults comfortably and everyone had their own bed. I’d stay here again.

Beach Happiness!!

This place is absolutely my all time favorite. The Beach house is perfect in every way. It has everything you need . Also perfect access to the beach right across from house . Great communication with the owner as well . Loved everything about it . Will be booking again !! I highly recommend this little piece of heaven .
