Steven and Jan were very nice and accommodating. I actually booked the room for one last night than I needed and they were very understanding of the situation and let me stay for an extra night with compensation of course. We did have a couple issues with the heat, but overall they are great hosts.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and private. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. Home was very well stocked for cooking and we really appreciated the coffee!. Bed was very comfortable.Pool was very nice but it really wasn't warm enough to swim We will return!

Beautiful pool house experience

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction

Perfect Stay

Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend.

Neat as a pin. Comfortable, beautiful area, safe area. Well lit, walker friendly, accessible. Hosts were wonderful, assisted with anything Aunt needed. Quiet area, lovely little "cottage". Well appointed, close to grocery, airport, hospital. Perfect hideaway.

The property was nice for two people. The pool was clean and inviting, plenty of outside seating so you could enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The host was nice and super friendly, but let you have your own space. This property sits in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Location!

We were in town for a wedding and loved this property! It was unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool, but the house itself was perfect for what we needed! If we’re in the area again, I’d definitely stay there again!

Everything was great from first to last. Supplies in the cupboard were ample, plenty of towels, an extra outside eating table, easy off-road parking, pool toys too along with beach towels to use. Very nice place.
