Luxury Mountain Home in Grand Lake - Hot Tub

This new luxury mountain home is perfect for multi-family vacations to Grand Lake, Lake Granby, Ski Granby Ranch, Winter Park, and/or Rocky Mountain National Park. It is centrally located and very close to the snowmobile and ATV trail entrances. This home also features an eight-person hot tub, outdoor entertainment areas with gas firepit and grill, game room with foosball table and ping pong table, and a super fun built-in bunk room for all the kids with a hidden entrance! There is plenty of room to play and store all your gear in this large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 car garage.

The inside is gorgeously designed and professionally decorated with all brand-new furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, upgraded finishes, smart appliances, and beautiful master bath. It has a large deck off the main entertainment room and off the master suite. There are 4 bedrooms and two living areas with a sleeper sofa which can sleep a total of 15 people. This home is SMART Home enabled with smart blinds, TVs, door locks, appliances, and thermostat. Use the Google Home to control these features with your voice (we’ve provided simple commands for you to try out during your stay including some fun ones to help entertain the kids).

This the perfect base camp for all your activities in and around Grand Lake. And if you end up spending more time at the cabin instead, there are a lot of options to keep you and your family entertained between activities.

NEW FEATURE! We just added a hidden door. This door makes the access to the bunk room secret. Parents can challenge their kids to find their room. Behind the bookshelf is the entrance to the bunk room and the basement bathroom. Please be gentle though. To open, pull the shelf near the bottom third (items don’t unhinge it, just pull). Items on the shelves are secured by velcro but could come off if it isn’t handled with care. It’s best to leave the door open once found, to prevent damage.

Solid RMNP Basecamp

This beautiful home is a great place to rest after adventures in RMNP. Plenty of space to unwind for kids and adults alike. There are a few areas that I would have expected better for the price point: the only available glasses in the kitchen were plastic and in very poor condition, the heater on the porch is broken, as was the fire table. In addition, there was peeling paint on the outdoor table.

Grand Lake

This was a beautiful house and suited for our two families. The house is well stocked with everything and the views fantastic. Our little grandson just loved exploring the area. The house is very nicely decorated and modern, yet homey. It is about 5 miles from Grand Lake so easy to come and go.

Grand Lake Vacation

The house was everything we were expecting and more. It was fully equipped and we were able to cook daily. The accommodations were well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub was a hit with the family. The owners were readily available with prompt responses. My only issue was that I did not read close enough - is that it’s an additional $50/ per day person over 6.occupants - and that includes small children.

Great house for group

Our family had a wonderful time. The house has a great layout for entertaining. However, there are 2 things I would have loved to know prior to booking as they would have definitely changed my booking choice. First, the extra guest fee which was a surprise to me as I had not encountered this in my prior experiences. There is an additional fee of $50 per guest per day! This hidden fee increased my stay by $1000. As a previous guest mentioned, it seems unreasonable to pay this much more when you are still well under capacity. The second item is that the security cameras installed around the home are definitely used by the host to watch the guests. This was made clear to me the moment we walked in. This was a very uncomfortable feeling for me personally. I also rent our home in CO and would never consider spying on clients/guests.

Snowmobile trip

House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one summer to see how beautiful the lake is.

Great house!

Great location, great house and great owner! 4 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable in the house. Kids were kept busy with the games and the hot tub. The owner also helped me get a very important piece of luggage back to me after our departure. Highly recommend the house and the great owner!

Beautiful home

Beautiful and spacious home with all the upgrades and spectacular views. We had 5 kids under 8 and it was great for them too. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to go around. I will say one negative that totally wasn’t the owner’s fault - we regret going to Grand Lake at this time of the year. The aspens had just finished their show and basically everything in town (and surrounding towns) was closed for the season. Over all we had a fantastic experience with the home itself and highly recommend it! The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location for a Lake Getaway

We were a group of 6 women celebrating a milestone birthday. This house was perfect for our group, with plenty of room. We especially liked the multiple balconies that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. Close to the lake for pontoon rentals and the city of Grand Lake for restaurants and shopping. We had one problem with the bedding in one room not being clean, but the owner was very responsive. Kitchen and pantry had much more than other rentals we've stayed in before. Overall, we'd highly recommend this house. Check-in was a breeze!

Perfect place near town and marinas

We really enjoyed our stay in grand lake! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. My daughter loved the secret bunk bed room! Only slightly frustrating thing was the extra guest fee after 6 people when the house sleeps 14 and the cleaning fee is already high at 450. Despite that, we enjoyed our time and are very happy with this stay. :)

Perfect Getaway

Our stay in Colorado was perfect, largely due to this great cabin. It was super clean and well-maintained. More than enough room for the seven of us. The kitchen was very well-equipped and gave us the freedom to eat in when we wanted to. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location gave us easy access to whitewater rafting, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, and downtown Grand Lake. Overall an excellent stay that exceeded expectations.

RMNP Memorial Trip

My family made this trip in memory of my husband. It was a trip we planned four times that had to be canceled when his cancer returned. When I suggested the trip to spread some of his ashes in the park he loved the thought. He wanted no group memorial to spread his ashes. His wish for everyone was to take their share of his ashes and enjoy the park their way. When they reach a point in the park that felt right to spread their share they would feel his love. The vacation was perfect to honor their father it was the week before Father's Day. Beautiful home in Grand Lake which has a great downtown area. Our favorite spot to hike was Adam Falls which is located outside the park so no time entry ticket was needed. It was a bittersweet trip for us but one we will cherish. I recommend this house it was perfect it felt like home.
