The pool was disgusting, dirty floors around the pool, chairs are stained, things floating in the pool, not well lit. Our hallway smelled like pot and cigarettes. The remote did not work for our TV. Staff was kind but that’s about it. We will not be staying here again.

The staff did their best , but the place is in transition to new ownership , and it needs time. The phones in room didn’t work so if you have questions you have to go to the desk. The toilet broke in the room, so went to the desk to get a plunger. That didn’t work, so got my stuff went to the desk for another room. When I got to the room the tv didn’t work, so went to the desk again. He was able to resolve the problem. The sink and tub did not drain properly, so I showered with water up past my ankles. The coffee was terrible, and there was nothing else.

When we first arrived for check in, there were over 25 people in line and only one person working the desk. It took over an hour to check in. Our room was clean but had no shower curtain. The bed looked thrown together and the heat did not work. When we went to check out in the morning, a pillow had fallen off the bed and a sex toy had been behind it. We took a picture and reported to the front desk. A refund was offered but the manager was not there and after calling for three days, the manager never returned my phone call. Numerous other people staying on the same floor also told us that there rooms had no shower curtains and no bedding.

Just don't. Spend extra and go somewhere else.

Awful. Will be demanding a full refund. We checked in, they didn't have the room we booked (single Queen, river view), and they tried to put us on the main floor in a double double facing the parking lot. Requested a room not on the main floor and they accommodated. I should mention this was on a Tuesday night in the winter, with maybe 10 cars in the parking lot....not sure why the room we booked was unavailable. But that's not the worse part. - Bloody handprint on the lampshade - Boots left from a previous occupant in the closet - no shower curtain - no hot water - blinds broken and only roll up half-way - stayed in room 627, but the phone on the desk said room 625 When we found out about the no hot water to shower with, we asked for a different room and the first one they showed us was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Told them don't bother, we'll be asking for a refund either way. I've stayed at this hotel before and understood that it's a little rough around the edges, but for the price, figured it'd be fine. The hotel has been making excuses about being "under new management" for what seems like 2 years now and the place is still a joke.

The room was not clean. They did not clean it after I stayed there the first night. The floors were not clean. One of the elevators was out of order. Had to walk all the way to the other side to go down. No amenities at all. They said the will email me a copy of the invoice, never got one!

Arrived a little less than 2 hours before check-in time of 4pm and was told I would only be able to check in early for a $30 fee, which was not listed anywhere ahead of time. Multiple other customers were also complaining about the fee considering a lot of people were in town for an event and that it was so close to the normal check-in time. We decided to come back later to check in because of this and when we arrived there was a line spanning the entire lobby to check in. At first, there was only one person working the desk until the manager finally showed up to help. It took over 30 mins to finally check in, with others taking almost an hour. We also overheard many people not having their rooms ready yet despite it being the designated check-in time. We were also told that the restaurant, pool and hot tub were all closed, when it was advertised prior to arrival that these amenities were all open. After checking out, I noticed later that there was an extra $85 charged to my card (which was not the incidentals fee). I called and spoke to someone at the desk who said it was accidentally charged, which is completely inappropriate. During the check-in process we also overheard many people complaining about extra charges, so not sure what this hotel is trying to do since the charge likely would have stayed if I hadn't complained about it. Overall, would never stay at this hotel again and would recommend others find another place to stay as well.
