Checked in for an hour and had to checkout the rooms all had smoke Oder! Not happy and hoping they will not charge

Very dirty. Construction dust on table and carpet and no vacuum in sight. Stayed 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. Had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels and toilet paper. Carpet and furniture was excessively stained. Only clean thing in the room was the bedding.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty and disgusting. They did not have our room when they got there so the “upgraded” us to the Presidential Suite. There is no one that would agree that any President would ever stay there. I have stayed in Suites before and this was not ever close. There was black mold in the bathroom and bugs everywhere. There were red stains on the carpet that we were told was hair dye. The windows were broken and were taped together. When I called the front desk and told them there were bugs the acted like it was no big deal and said they can send someone up to spray (mind you I have two kids with me!!). There was a large spiders nest in the corner of the one closet with eggs. We were also told when we checked in that if we had a nice car to park on the side of the hotel, if no park around the back. There was a couple people on the parking lot doing drugs. They refused to accept our request for a refund since they “upgraded” us. They hallways were dirty and most of the doors to the rooms looked like they had been kicked in at some point. After 5 minutes in the room we left and went to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I liked the location, but I will never ever stay there again! I was bitten up by bed bugs!! So disgusting. I have 12 bites on my right arm alone!!

This hotel is going downhill quickly. Upon arriving, garbage was strewn in the entryways and parking lot. The dumpster was visible and overflowing. The outside trash bins were overflowing. People were stacking excess trash beside the trash cans, The hallways smelled bad. The elevator smelled worse. The entryway that I was directed to was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts. There were cigarette butts on the inside stairways. Food (crackers) were broken and remained on the hallway carpet throughout my entire stay. Do the managers of this facility ever walk around and look for these things? In fairness, the main lobby and my room were clean. I've never seen a hotel like this. Now...not the hotel's fault...but the drunken guests returning to their rooms at 2:00 a.m. screaming in the hallways was less than desirable.

It was filthy and none of the vending machines or bar was stocked. The machines were basically empty. The breakfast was cereal and doughnuts.. the worst motel breakfast ever. There were cups, glasses and trash all over the lobby not cleaned up overnight. Is anyone in charge?
