Welcome to Green Turtle Bay and Condo 101, lovingly called “The Lady A.” This newly updated one-bedroom retreat offers a cozy electric fireplace and private balconies off both the living room and bedroom, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching boats glide along the peaceful waterway. Freshly painted in spring 2023, the condo features all-new furnishings, modern appliances, an outdoor gas grill, and a washer and dryer replaced in 2023. Sleep soundly on the new king-size mattress or the pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. A swivel recliner in the bedroom and brand-new swivel rocker patio furniture, added in 2024, provide extra comfort for your stay.
