Guest house is attached but separate entry from main house.
Entry is the glass french doors to right of the main doors.

~15% grade driveway down and stairs up to unit
Access to the Lake will be public entrance down 5 houses down the street to all the trails

The space

The photos give a 1,000 words - the space is being re-decorated to update to a new fresh beach theme, but the quality will be similar!

Everything you need to relax and stay in to write or read, study and relax!

ONE Parking spot onsite. More parking at local shopping center.
30 days or more can discuss other arrangements
Driveway has ~20% slope down
Stairs up to Guest House

Guest access

Casita with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom
Lake access by foot via the park entrance down the street.
Main house and garage are not included unless rented

Interaction with guests

As much as you want. We do come and go on the outside of the property for maintenance and service and personal use or interactions with guests to the Main House, Casa d'Amore

The neighborhood

Quiet, Family neighborhood. The footpath /lake trails run along the back of the property. Fishing boats, small craft and paddle boards are mostly on this part of the lake - skiing is usually up river.

Getting around

Need a car
busses do run into town
Train drop off in Roseville

once you are there catch the bike trails to cover a bunch of areas. From the house you can ride all the way down to Old Town Sacramento or run up to Tahoe :)

House Rules
No smoking
Not suitable for pets
No parties or events
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years)
Check in is anytime after 4PM, Check out is 10 am or earlier
House rules are outlined and we will send an agreement via docusign.

Some spaces are shared - the courtyard to walk to the Guest house is rented to the main house
The Parking pad has 1 parking spot for the Guest House.
If more parking is needed, parking at Lakeshore Beverages parking lot down the street works.
Amenity limitations - Hot water tank shared with main house - never been a problem.
