Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gut gelegenen Ferienhaus. Lediglich sie Sauberkeit im Haus hat die Urlaubsfreude etwas getrĂŒbt. Allerdings hat die Hausdame sofort reagiert und versucht die Probleme zu beheben. Daher vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit!

Maison agréable

Nous recommandons cette habitation qui a su rĂ©pondre Ă  nos attentes. Par contre il serait bien de poser des moustiquaires aux fenĂȘtres vu le climat du sud ouest car il Ă©tait impossible d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres notamment pendant la nuit.

We had a wonderful holiday during our stay in this fantastic house. The house is more spacious than we had imagined and has a nice large veranda. House has all equipment needed to have a perfect holiday. We would like to go there again in the future.

Ein super ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wundervoller menschenleerer (im April) endloser Sandstrand mit dem Velo erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch unsere Teenager und unsere HĂŒndin haben sich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Absolut eine Reise wert! Besten Dank fĂŒr Alles.

Eine schöner Uralub mit Freunden

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Lage ist gut, aber ein Auto ist empfehlenswert da so noch mehr zu erreichen ist. Aber zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, zum BÀcker und zum Strand kommt man auch ganz gut mit dem Fahrrad. Das Haus ist schön und super ausgestattet. Das Besteck war teilweise etwas schmutzig, aber nicht weiter schlimm wenn man es einmal sauber gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation hat immer super geklappt. Wir waren zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Un bel endroit de verdure Ă  proximitĂ© de la mer 😎

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans votre maison qui est vraiment faite pour que l'on se sente bien dĂšs le dĂ©part. L’agencement des piĂšces est trĂšs bien fait, les Ă©quipements sont modernes, le sĂ©jour et la cuisine sont dotĂ©s de larges baies vitrĂ©es donnant sur de beaux arbres et la terrasse en bois avec la piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  28. Accueil trĂšs sympathique de Sophie qui dĂ©taille les points domestiques Ă  savoir et qui a fait preuve dune grande disponibilitĂ© quand nous l'avons sollicitĂ©e. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  mi chemin entre Soulac/Mer et Montalivet qui sont tous deux accessibles par des pistes cyclables entourĂ©es de pins. Les 2 vĂ©los que nous avons utilisĂ©s sur les 4 fournis nous ont permis de profiter de cette belle rĂ©gion "en zĂ©ro carbone"! Nous avions prĂ©vu Ă  l'origine de rester une semaine en Septembre et nous Ă©tions tellement bien que nous sommes restĂ©s plus longtemps 😎 C'est un excellent endroit pour se reposer, se baigner dans une eau chauffĂ©e et profiter d’ĂȘtre au bord de la mer pour manger du poisson en le faisant tout simplement cuire sur la Plancha qui est trĂšs efficace. Nous reviendrons l'annĂ©e prochaine, c'est certain! Pierre & Virginie

Perfekter entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben den schönen eingezĂ€unten Garten mit der großen Holzterrasse und dem fantastischen Pool sehr genossen! Es ist alles da was wir gebraucht haben! Auch die HausĂŒbergabe war freundlich und unkompliziert. Lediglich das 3. Schlafzimmer ist nicht so komfortabel wie die anderen beiden. Das liegt aber eher daran, dass jedes unserer Teenie-Kinder gerne ein Zimmer mit 140er Bett gehabt hĂ€tte. Auch unser Hund war rundum glĂŒcklich! Der Strand ist ca 4km weg und auch problemlos mit den FahrrĂ€dern vom Haus erreichbar. Diese sind dafĂŒr fahrbereit, fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Touren aber nicht unbedingt geeignet. Wir sind damit gerne zum BĂ€cker, zum Spar-Markt und ans Meer gefahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen!

Super ausgestattetes Haus und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder, 1 Labrador) haben in dem Haus von Arnaud gerade zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Hausverwalterin war sehr gut und freundlich. Ein grosser Vorteil fĂŒr Hundebesitzer ist das komplett eingezĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Der wunderschöne Strand Le Gurp ist ca. 6 km entfernt. Hunde sind dort geduldet und haben dort ihren Spass. Ein Sparmarkt ist ganz in der NĂ€he- dort gibt es leckere frische Baguettes und alles Nötige fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch. Minuspunkte: Die FahrrĂ€der am Haus waren leider in keinem guten Zustand. In der NĂ€he gibt es aber einen Fahrradverleih oder man bringt seine eigenen mit. Die Matratzen waren in zwei Zimmern nicht so gemĂŒtlich. Rundum war es ein superschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus und mit einem ganz freundlichen Vermieter. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Das Haus war ein Traum, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Drinnen ist alles da, was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Garten ist natĂŒrlich außergewöhnlich, mit Esstisch, Lounge, Grillecke und natĂŒrlich dem Highlight - dem Pool! FĂŒr die Hunde war der Garten ebenfalls perfekt und rundete alles ab. Einziger Minuspunkt, das Badezimmer schien nicht gesĂ€ubert gewesen zu sein. Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles top!

La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e intĂ©rieur comme extĂ©rieur. Elle propose tout le confort nĂ©cessaire Ă  de bonnes vacances. DĂ©tail: le wifi fonctionne ( cf avis prĂ©cĂ©dents). Séjour agréable

Maison propre avec une petite piscine, mais tout ce qu'il faut. TrÚs bien équipé au niveau cuisine. Bon équipement en général. Calme et jardin soigné. Seul bémol: pas de wifi et assez mauvais connectivité aux réseaux (faiblesses des signaux). Bref, on a passé un bon et agréable séjour et on n'hésite à aucun moment de recommander la maison.

Prachtig huisje in ietwat desolate omgeving

Het vakantiehuis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; prima uitgerust met alle luxe. Je kan daar heerlijk tot rust komen. Kom je voor een spannende omgeving, dan is dit minder geschikt. Hoewel er in de buurt echt wel leuke spots te vinden zijn. Strand is dichtbij en gratis parkeren. Al met al een topverblijf gehad!

Maison totalement conforme Ă  l'annonce; trĂšs bel agencement intĂ©rieur et une grande terrasse ombragĂ©e de 30mÂČ qui a Ă©tĂ© notre piĂšce Ă  vivre. L'ocĂ©an est vraiment tout proche (5 min voiture -20/30 min en vĂ©lo) et les commerces (boulangerie Ă  Grayan mĂȘme et le reste Ă  St Vivien, yc le marchĂ©) En rĂ©sumĂ©, une superbe semaine. Merci !

Gut ausgestattetes schönes Haus in guter Lage

Super Haus mit Pool und wunderschöner Terrasse. Die KĂŒche ist prima ausgestattet, man kann den Holzkohle Grill oder die Plancha benutzen. Zudem gibt es FahrrĂ€der, mit denen man gut zum Strand radeln kann. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der Ort klein, man kann aber alles, was man braucht in der NĂ€he einkaufen.

Tolles, großzĂŒgig geschnittenes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt, alles sauber, moderne KĂŒchen und SanitĂ€reinrichtungen, tolle Terrasse. Auch unsere Kinder und unser Hund (er lag selbstverstĂ€ndlich nicht auf dem Sofa!) haben sich im großen komplett eingezĂ€unten Garten sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Strand und Supermarkt mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ebenso eine supercoole Restaurant-Bar mit Minigolf. FahrrĂ€der durften wir benutzen, BettwĂ€sche und DuschtĂŒcher werden auch gestellt. Kein WLAN, kein deutsches Fernsehen. DafĂŒr nette Nachbarn und ein sehr netter Housekeeper haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Merci! Danke - und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
