Karteros Luxury Villa

Luxury Villa Karteros is a luxurious residence of 3.000 square meters, located 300 m. from the sea, only 3 km away from Heraklion Airport and 7 km away from the city of Heraklion.

It is consisted of two floors (350 square meters living space) built in a unique style with each room offering a combination of traditional and modern decoration with handpicked original art.

Built on top of a private hill, our luxury villa offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Aegean sea and the mountains of the South and West. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach, the large garden, the swimming pool and the delightful surrounds, from the 2 large terraces within the first floor and 2 smaller balconies on the second floor.
The fully equipped house lies on the second and third floor, connected with a set of wooden stairs. Most of the floor is wooden and includes high quality classic furniture.

On the second floor there are 2 large living rooms with a fireplace, a dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities, a study room with one single bed, and a WC.
The third floor has 3 bedrooms, two of which offer balconies with great view. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs on this floor, one of them part of a separate apartment (with the master bedroom), also offering a hot tub (Jacuzzi).

The whole house has central heating. The two bedrooms, the hall of the third floor and the living room are air - conditioned. Fully equipped TV sets are included in the living room and the master bedroom. There is an internet connection and an alarm system for your own safety.

Our villa offers a private swimming pool, a private gym for high-level exercise and BBQ on the 2 big gardens. Private gym includes a treadmill and multifunction fitness machines.

There is also a private parking area for your cars.
