Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a working fireplace, a couch/sofa bed and an HDTV, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge, oven, coffee maker etc and utensils.


A stone-built arch takes you to two bedrooms with one double and 2 single beds accordingly and a shared bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads you upstairs on the first floor where you can find the master bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a 65 sqm veranda with a magical view.
The dining room area has direct access to the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by colorful flowers. There is a barbecue to prepare meals, an outdoor dining area and sunbeds around to relax by the pool with a spectacular view to one of the few oak forests in Europe, while you can watch a magical combination of the Cretan sea and the city of Rethymnon in the horizon.

The villa has a shared gate entry and a private parking area.
