The pool-level of the villa offers a modern decorated open space living room with a satellite TV, dining area and full equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare all kind of meals to your favorite persons! Two Grand double bedrooms, en-suite, with queen size beds and super anatomic mattresses for a relaxing and comfortable bed time. All pool level rooms and areas have direct and easy access to the pool and the garden.
In the down-level floor with a different entrance from the other villa there is a grand and luxury third Suite bedroom offering isolation and privacy from the other guests with separate access to the pool and the garden making it ideal for couples. The Suite room is Luxury decorated, has a queen size bed, a small living room with comfortable Sofa-bed that accommodates the 7th guest, and En-suite bathroom with Jet shower cabin.
All areas of the villa are full air-conditioned with cooling and heating, are covered with Wi-Fi, all bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV with satellite channels, are sunny and airy with balconies and windows and furnished with Brand and Comfort equipment and appliances.

Perfect Crete villa
The villa was fantastic, the pool a dream with panoramic vistas. There were several beaches within a short drive and a beautiful small beach within walking distance.
Restaurants were a short drive and plenty of options.
We were delighted with the villa and loved Chania. A perfect stay. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful Villa Prima/Irida in an excellent location in Chania
This was a wonderful Villa in a great coastal location of Chania, and on the peninsula! It suited our family (3 couples) perfectly because it had 3bdrms with each room having it's own personal bathroom/shower. The Villa was also well-equipped with all the amenties including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is on the coast within minutes of several beaches, and a grand view of the Mediterranean Sea. It's a peaceful area where you can watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. My family's favorite part of the villa is your own private pool which was amazing - just as it is shown in the pictures! I would highly recommend Villa Seaview Prima/aka: Villa Irida, and would come back again! I would also recommend renting a car to get to all the beaitiful destinations in Crete. But I do not recommend renting a van because of the narrow roads in. Crete which my family of 6 mistakenly did. Fortunately, we were able to exchange it for two smaller cars that suited our family better. Chania is a must see city of Crete, and a wonderful place to stay at this spacious villa!

Schöne Villa
Die Villa ist schön, auch wenn ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen insbesondere die Couch und die KĂŒche. Das könnte man renovieren bzw erneueren. Sonst hatte man alles was man braucht: Pool,Klimaanlage,Liegen,StranshandtĂŒcher, Grill,wifi, TV, netflix, sogar ein Jacuzzi etw. Von der Villa hat man einen schönen Meerblick.
Die Villa wurde jede 3 Tage geputzt und die HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche gewechselt. Die Checkin war sehr schnell auch wenn wir relativ spĂ€t darĂŒber informiert werden haben, wann wir anreisen. Und man könnte problemlos late check out machen, was fĂŒr uns super war!
Die Organisation mit der Agentur war super und schnell. Und die Cleaning lady, Cornelia, sehr freundlich und flexibel.

Wunderschön!
Die Villa ist ein Traum! Allerdings ist das Inserat fehlerhaft. So gab es keinen GeschirrspĂŒler und auch die Bilder der Suite im unteren Geschoss sind veraltet. Auch die Couch, die am Pool auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist nicht vorhanden. Die Agentur war sehr bemĂŒht, allerdings wurde auf unsere Nachfrage bzgl. dem fehlenden GeschirrspĂŒler gar nicht eingegangen. Wer also keine Lust zu spĂŒlen hat, wird keine Freude haben.
