Always like staying at the Hampton Inn. This time they didn’t service the room every day. When we complained, we were told it is a new process but we were not told of this. Website here and on their website says daily cleaning. Josh was nice and got us towels, but they didn’t service the room the next day after he said it would be cleaned every day. But they don’t make the beds-only give clean towels. Did get better after that. Couldn’t use the pool one day but not hotel’s fault-child had an accident and they room care of cleaning it. Breakfast is always good.
