The management was accommodating given the Expedia booking caused an issue. Because of their accommodation, I will choose this hotel over others again the next time I stay in Green Bay. While it may not have been their normal policy to accommodate, it was the right thing to do and the manager on duty handled it perfectly. Thank you again for being willing to help and solution a situation you normally don’t get.

Room was perfect and clean. Got wristbands for water stuff with our room. Has an amazing restaurant and bar attached to the hotel and you can walk inside to get to it. Water area splash pad open until 10pm which is perfect for later evening arrival. Towels available in water area. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked and was well maintained
