The room seemed relatively clean. There was some garbage/wrappers in the desk drawer. The Internet was very slow and difficult to keep connected. It would have also been nice to have some information on local restaurants near the hotel.

Had black mold. Could tell they never mopped the room or wiped down the bathroom. The lady at front counter and the guy in the evening at the bar really need a class in customer service. They are extremely rude with a cocky attitude!

First room AC wasn’t working which is a hard pass for me, and then called to see if I was doing something wrong etc, they offered new room with out asking, and I told him that he could bring room keys to me for the inconvenience and he said no problem, and rest of stay was just fine. Would stay again

The thermostat in my room did not work.it kept displaying an error message. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would Have maintenence check. Came back to my room, for the 2nd night, and it still didn't work. Granted it wasn't that cold outside. But 50 degree temp. Is still uncomfortable.
