Pretty Guest House situated on majestic 5 acre riverfront estate on the St. John’s River with park-like grounds filled with colorful azaleas, ancient oak and hickory trees, dripping in Spanish moss. Sit back and watch and listen to incredible hawks and bald eagles overhead! Wake up to a magical sunrise each day! Enjoy a stroll around the entire estate with owners permission.
Owners live in on the property and always available.
45 minutes to JAX Beaches.
35 min to St. Augustine.
The space
Enjoy a private, secluded sanctuary in the heart of Green Cove Springs!
This beautiful retreat is one of two VRBO properties available at our estate. We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests between the 2 houses. The Guest House is perfect for kids and elderly guests, as it is all on one level and lots of space!
Close to restaurants and Spring Park with its beautifully renovated spring fed public swimming pool.

Guests may enjoy strolling the entire 5 acre estate. Please just check with owners first!
There are many quiet areas to sit and enjoy the river view with its incredible sunrise every day!

Peaceful Getaway with Beautiful Dock Access and Thoughtful Host

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Julie’s place! One of the highlights was the private dock access — it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the July 4th fireworks right over the water. We even used the dock as a convenient pick-up point for a boat ride, which added a really fun and unique touch to our trip.The garden on the property was a beautiful surprise, filled with lush plants and peaceful paths to walk through. The surrounding area, with its trees draped in Spanish moss, added to the charm and serenity of the whole experience.The home itself was very clean and well maintained, and Julie was a fantastic host. She was quick to respond and helped resolve a couple of minor issues right away, which made us feel really taken care of.Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay — we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and a responsive host!

Family Wedding at Tuckers Farm

Came down with Adult Siblings to attend Great Nephew’s Wedding at Tuckers Farm. Other Family members stayed in another close VRBO. Julie’s Guest Cottage was spot on as advertised. Property was so beautiful and peaceful. The Guest Cottage was spotless and had all the amenities one could ask for. Julie is an amazing and graceful host!

Serene and Welcoming

My group was in the area for the NE Florida Highland Games and needed a place to rest up after a long drive, and then to recuperate after a long day of events. The Guest House was ideal as it was close to our venue yet felt isolated and quite peaceful. Our host was very accommodating, and we particularly enjoyed an evening walk on the dock for some stargazing. Will definitely return!

Green Cove Springs Guest Cottage

The home was big enough for us to host family to come over and visit. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The grounds and garden were amazing to walk around and check out. The home was stocked with everything we needed and our hosts were so very nice! Thank you!!

AMAZING Again

I've stayed at this property many times, and it never disappoints. Julie and Brian are outstanding hosts. We were in town unfortunately for the passing of our mother. Julie and Brian were respectful and kind, and even provided a tray of cookies for us. Gracious and respectful as always. We so appreciated their kindness. Finally, the property provided the perfect setting for my large family. It is simply breathtaking.

Kids reunion

My kids all stayed there together during a family memorial service and ha a wonderful time re-connecting with each other (they live all over the country)!! They spent time talking and sharing great memories and just loved where the were staying. It was perfect!

We just had a great time. The house and the property were beautiful. It was kid friendly, cozy and homey yet roomy. The owner reached out right away to open communication. This is a property I would love to rent again.
