Very courteous staff. Room sort of plain. This was my second time staying there. Quiet and clean. Bathroom appears old. Still good for the cost of staying overnight.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and the staff was super friendly, the food/bar service was good and food was well made. However, for the price I would expect better. My room smelled like spoiled milk and felt damp. The shower was not clean and the room itself was run down. Needs some TLC.

I flew into Piedmont Tried International Airport. My flight arrived around 11pm. Staff arranged an Uber for my pickup from airport (I let hotel know in advance I needed transportation). Uber pickup arrived less than 15-mins after me clicking on link the hotel texted me to use when I was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at hotel front desk staff person greeted me with a smile and made conversation as she checked me in. The room was very clean, no odors in building only the wonderful smell of fresh popped popcorn! Everything from booking this stay on Expedia to pickup to check in was very smooth! Thank you!!

Hotel was nice have stayed there twice, have a student at HPU. Easy about 15 mins away from high point. Staff is always nice. Only complaint is bathroom tubs could be updated
