Very nice hotel! Brand new and holiday inn express never disappoints. We really enjoyed our brief stay and our bed was so comfy!

Front desk was not very welcoming. Out of ordinary for my other two hotel stays during my 7 day trip. TV did not have options that are customary. I watch Fox News Channel and Hallmark, neither were available in my room. I was told I could view in the lobby. Really? Totally unacceptable. Managements comment was that was all that was offered and they would refund and I could move to another hotel if I wanted.. again, unacceptable response! Within 10-15 min of arrival a call to my room to come move my car as it was in a fire lane! Never ever happened in all my travels; certainly not marked as fire lane. Expected to get unloaded and then move car as always! I would not recommend and for sure will never stay at this property again!

It was good. The only thing that bothered me was the shower door would not close as I was taking a shower and the bathroom would not stay open it kept closing.

Perfect! Check in was easy and fast! The hotel is beautiful and the room I booked was super spacious! I loved everything about the hotel.

Tiffany at the hotel was willing to work with me to fix a problem I made at the time of booking. She was polite and friendly, southern hospitality. The gentleman that checked us in was similarly polite and friendly. The breakfast area was well-stocked and clean. Coffee was available before the posted opening time. The nice lady in charge of the breakfast came to our table to say hello and make sure we found everything we desired. The property is nearly new and in good condition, but the staff members are the true shining star here.

Comfort without worries

I was thoroughly impressed on first sight and I was not disappointed in any way upon entering the facility. I could tell this is a fairly new establishment and I can only hope that it’s look, cleanliness and service do not diminish over time. I plan to visit again and will definitely recommend to others!!!
