Nice, safe, clean facility. Bed pillows not firm...only 1 chair in the room. Good water pressure...cold refrigerator.

Location, clean, great staff!

Perfect fur HPU parents. Great staff, clean inside and out. Our pup comes with us and we have enjoyed both of our stats.

I always enjoy my stay

This hotel is always my 1st choice when traveling with my family. The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. The gym was nice and clean, the gym had the main equipment to allow a good workout. The pool is indoor, the area is very maintained and clean. This location is convenient to food, shopping, everything you can think of.. wayfair outlet store!!

We used Homewood Suites Greensboro for our recent return to the city and found it to be a better value than the Hotel I had been staying with in Greensboro previously. The upsides with this hotel versus the one we usually stay in was its room was a suite which was far better for an extended stay. The kitchen aspect as well as it being much larger made for a better stay. The problems I had with the hotel were as follows in our room the kitchen area floor was sticky and could've used a good mopping and the lobby area of the hotel had a cheap air freshener scent which makes me sick. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Most things about this property are excellent. One surprising thing was hearing noise and footsteps in the room above to the point of keeping us awake. Also the bed was not comfortable and seemed worn out. Other than that we greatly enjoyed the amenities at this hotel.
