Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Lakefront Home with Spectacular Views of Lake Oconee (8 adults and 4 children) - - Pet Free House. Calendar is current.

House includes use of stand up paddle boards, kayak and canoe. Great area to water ski and tube right in front of house! Quiet area of the lake with very little boat traffic. Avoid the lake traffic! Fish right off of the dock.

Come and enjoy this waterfront home nestled on 8 acres of land on beautiful Lake Oconee. Located in Greensboro, GA, only 80 miles east of Atlanta, 40 miles southeast of Athens (home of the Georgia Bulldogs) and just 15 minutes from both historic downtown Greensboro and Madison. This property is in a great location within White Oaks Planation with a great view to match!

Upon entering the long and wooded driveway, you will feel the privacy and tranquility of this majestic lake getaway. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full eat-in-kitchen opening up into a sunny living room as well as a formal dining room. A wall of windows allows views from almost every seat in the house.It also includes the main bedroom, powder room, and laundry room. The large sunny main bedroom has French doors opening out onto the patio overlooking the lake. It has a king size bed, walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with double vanity and dual head shower.

The upper level has a large great room with vaulted ceilings and is great for watching movies, playing games, reading a book or just relaxing. The great room also contains a pool table, ping pong table top and air hockey table. Four bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, and 4 twin (2 bunk bed sets – for children only)) and two full baths on upper level. Both bathrooms join all bedrooms in Jack and Jill style, allowing for privacy. This home can accommodate more than one family or just a couple looking for a getaway to relax.

Additional features include private max dock with extra boat cleats for your boat, swimming area, and private boat launch within subdivision. Enjoy the use of one of our water toys including 1 two-person kayak, 2 one-person kayaks, 1 two-person canoe, 1 child's stand up paddle board and 2 adult paddle boards. Home has a large covered patio with outdoor furniture, property has access to Oconee National Forest trail head for hiking, basketball hoop, one acre yard for playing (great for a family football game!) and big views of lake across back of home. Service for twelve (12) including linens for all beds, bath towels and dinnerware. There is plenty of space to spread out. This home accommodates 8 adults and 4 children comfortably.

This lake home is centrally located off of I20 on the Apalachee branch of Lake Oconee in an area known for great fishing and close to restaurants, marinas, major grocery stores, Super Wal-Mart and more.

Fantastic house with amazing views. Comfortably slept six adults for weekend attending UGA football game. Only 40 minutes to Athens. Grill, fire pit, and back patio are already being missed. Will be back next fall!

Perfect Lake House

We had a wonderful stay with family. The game room, paddleboards & kayaks were lots of fun. All games and tables are in great condition. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. Amazingly peaceful!

I brought my family of 11 to this house. It was everything it was advertised to be. It was so peaceful you felt like you had the entire lake to yourself. The outdoor spaces were so great for relaxing and letting the kids play. We had one small glitch and it was handled immediately. I would definitely consider coming back again for our next family adventure!

Our stay at this home was amazing. The lake view was outstanding. The home had a warm atmosphere and much space for the entire family. I must say this place is as advertised. It was my first VRBO stay. The host is very communicative, the property is clean and extremely spacious. The view from the massive property couldn’t be better and it’s amazing how quiet it is. Everything you need is there, so check before you go to the store (I didn’t LOL). It would be a great place for a wedding. I’d stay again or recommend to anyone.

This was our "home" for a family wedding at a local venue. It was in a great location, beautifully and completely furnished, and the grounds were fantastic. So much room in and out of the house-- lots of "toys" and a hot tub! Highly recommended-- thanks for a wonderful weekend making lifetime memories!

The house is great, the property is great, it was perfect four our high school group of 10 teens and 2 adults. The students loved the open area upstairs to socialize, watch movies, and play pool and ping pong. Highly recommend!!

Great house

Stayed with a large group of family and friends. The house is great, well stocked. Lots of space inside and outside, lots to do. Lake here is quiet and shallow, good for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking. Owners are responsive if any issues. Wi-fi is spotty and unreliable. This is not a good place on the lake if you have a boat and want to ski/wakeboard, etc.

Wonderful stay on the lake

We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 2 to 75 and had the most perfect stay here. The property was exactly as described, and the owner was easy to communicate with. They had everything we could possibly want, including kid toys and books, kayaks and stand up paddle boards, coffee filters, and plentiful firewood! Tons of land to play on and a swing for everyone (front yard swing, porch swing, tire swing, and swing set!). We are already talking about planning next summer’s vacation!

Relaxing in Lake Life

We had the best family vacation staying at this beautiful home. House was so easy to “live in” everything we needed was accessible. Lake was gorgeous. Morning coffee in the backyard and s’mores in the evening. Great setup for all ages. Even took a nap on the porch swing. Owners were responsive and helpful with our stay. Fantastic stay

A beautiful property and a beautiful home! We loved having access to all of the kayaks to enjoy the lake. The home had plenty to keep us all busy and comfortable, and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor toys, ping pong and air hockey. Renting this property was easy and owner was great to communicate with. House is absolutely beautiful, my family and I enjoyed our time. However the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned especially now with Covid. The wifi signal was super weak too. We still had a great time!
