Beautiful, lake-front newly renovated/redecorated comfortable villa located in quiet cul de sac in Marina Cove. Great location near Plantation Marina and across from the gazebo and beach. Also close to the Lake Club, Golf Courses and the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee Lodge. 2 LEVELS- Total 4 BR/3BA/Game Room. Sleeps 12.
Main Floor has new kitchen with Living Room, Dining Room, laundry room, and Covered Porch overlooking lake. On this level there is a Master Bedroom and Bath with King Bed overlooking lake and a Guest Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and Bathroom. Main Level Covered Porch has another dining table and good seating overlooking lake.
Lower Level which can lock off from the main level has a Living Room with mini kitchen overlooking lake, and a GAME Room with ping pong and foosball tables. Guest Bedroom overlooking lake with Queen Bed, and a Bunk Room with 2 sets of Bunk Beds and a Lower Level Bath. Lower Level opens on to a patio with gas grill, picnic table and nice seating area looking out over lake.
Whether you are coming for the Masters, or up for a UGA or GCSU ballgame weekend or just to have a relaxing in a beautiful villa enjoying fun on the lake with great restaurants, movie theaters, and great shopping nearby, this is the place for you.

Lovely Moms and Daughters Weekend Getaway

Much needed Moms and Daughters family weekend getaway! The house was in a nice community, well equipped and comfortable for everyone! The communication was excellent with the owners. We drove out to local restaurants, all within a 15 minute drive. We rented a boat at a local marina for a fun afternoon on the lake and treated ourselves at the Ritz hotel spa! Amazing! The only CON: because we were not members of the Ritz / Lake Oconee club, we were not allowed to rent boats (that are literally just outside out home) or eat at the restaurants within the gated community. We were not aware of this when we booked, so just be aware if you plan to stay here.We would definitely book this home again!

Great Lake Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in and out process was very easy. The property has a great location with access to the beach/lake at the Marina. Plenty of space in the house and loved the game room. Spent hours playing Ping Pong!

Perfect Family Holiday

What a wonderful place to make lasting memories!

Our family was looking to relax with some quiet time together and this property was perfect. Ken was very accommodating and welcoming. The whole process was a breeze. The property was roomy and felt like home. We fished, hiked and laughed our way into the new year. We will be back!

Family Time

It was so easy to get to and not to far away to travel for my 87 year old father. We had a great time. The marina was right there and it was cheap to rent a boat. The game room was a great added perk for my husband and son to play and get away from the rest of the group. It was clean, but i think the maid service forgot to clean the downstairs area and make sure for towels, soap, and toilet paper was available. All in all, it was a great stay.

Spectacular Lake Oconee Vacation Home

Ken & Kathy's gorgeous lake front home was more than we could have imagined. Our experience was top notch from every step of the way. The hosts were extremely responsive and went out of there way to answer any questions we had and provide us with wonderful recommendations. From the moment we walked in the home, it blew us away. It's extremely inviting and cozy, you truly feel like you are at home but in a resort like atmosphere. It was awesome to have the chance to bring in groceries, cook out and just relax as a family. We can't wait to come back! Would 110% recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable home in quiet neighbourhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on Lake Okonee. The house is well equipped and the two separate areas upstairs and downstairs allowed us to have relaxing areas for both families.

Great Location

Great location inside Reynolds, close to all the restaurants and golf. You can walk to the marina as well. House was as advertised and the owners were very helpful with questions we had. There is plenty of privacy with the lower section having it's own small kitchen.

Wonderful time at Lake Oconee!

My family just stayed at this lovely home. It is very nice and was as described on the website. We had a beautiful view of the lake and within walking distance of the marina. We were able to dock our boat just down from the house. It was a perfect house for our 6 adults and 4 children. Cathy responded quickly to my questions and made the check in and check out process very simple. I would highly recommend this home.

Our few days spent at Fishtales Cottage could not have been better in any way! The house is so beautifully decorated, is very clean, has super comfy beds, great linens, and is nestled in a wonderful little cove. It’s all anyone could hope it might be. Loved it!
