Long weekend at the lake

Simple property as advertised, great responsiveness from host / manager. Beautiful area, caught some blue gill and bass.Hot tub was clean and actually hot.Door hinge screws loose but was addressed by maintenance promptly.Water equipment available for use, cheap bonfire chairs- could definitely be higher quality.Water supply sometimes would struggle on the pressure end, may be an undersized pump or tank (assuming well water).Overall worth checking this property out!

Peaceful Getaway on a Quiet Lake

Overall, we had a really great experience and enjoyed our time at the cottage. The lake and surrounding area were quaint, beautiful, and peaceful. Our dogs loved the lake, and so did we, it was a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing.The kitchen was stocked with most of the essential cookware, which was appreciated. Some items, like glassware, were limited possibly due to breakage from previous guests. A few of the pans had food caked on and seemed poorly cleaned, but that’s fairly typical for shared vacation rentals and nothing that took away from our stay.One thing to note for future guests: while the lake is a hidden gem, it’s also a tight-knit community. One of the neighbors we met was friendly and welcoming, but others were less inclined to engage and seemed a bit reserved toward visitors. It’s clear they value the quiet nature of their lake, so being respectful of the atmosphere goes a long way.All in all, a peaceful getaway with plenty of charm just a few things to keep in mind!

Long Weekend Get Away at Little Blue Lake

We enjoyed our stay at Little Blue Lake, it is a quiet and relaxing spot. Took advantage of a kayak around the beautiful little lake and then relaxed in the hot tub overlooking the water. Nice!

Best weekend ever

I had a great weekend with my family and friends here. Its a beautiful place and very quiet. The property manager is amazing too and had the best communication. I would love to go back there. Highly recommend this place.

I think it was a little bit overpriced as far as the size of the home and the maintenance and the cleanliness on the outside in the bathroom door need fixed they don't shut properly the hot tub is nice but it needs a fence a short fence on the door side of the house a little bit more privacy

Winter Get-Away

We were looking for a little get-away from normal routines, and we got just that! The property was just as listed and provided us space to relax and have winter-fun! We went ice fishing (caught quite a few!), the hill from the cottage to the lake is steep (so if there are mobility restrictions, this would be difficult to get to the lake, especially with the snow/ice) but worked great for us and was perfect for sledding, and the hot tub was fun for all! The location is perfect as you are right on the lake and secluded from the road.

Little Blue Lake Greenville Michigan

Loved how the vrbo came with k cups and other coffee! Extra trash bags, laundry and dryer cleaning items, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer,etc. that was nice not having to purchase for our stay. We will be back when it’s warmer and take it all in!

Quiet getaway

It was on a quiet lake, shallow end. We went in the fall so the lake was not busy. It was chilly but the fireplace, firepit, and hot tub were nice. The pictures and description did not mention a very steep hill just behind the house down to the lake and was difficult traverse at times.

Girls Weekend

Wanted a chill fall weekend away from the city and this totally fit the bill. Out of the way and on a cute lake with lots of trees, but only 10 minutes to town if we needed anything. Best part was relaxing in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful views.

Michigan in August

Came to spend time with my grandsons and brought along some friends. We were escaping the southern heat and humidity and Michigan did not disappoint! Perfect spot- the kids were entertained and spent most of their time outdoors, as did the adults. The house was sooo comfortable and well stocked. Supplies were plentiful and the host was responsive when I had questions. Will definitely consider this spot again.
