Hotel seemed old…. Our bathroom door had a doorknob that was falling off…. There was dust on the trim of the bathroom door….. the first room that was assigned to me had a tiny window and it was located in a tight corner with a bank of air conditioners blaring …. And there were three men in my room working on the Wi-Fi … I knew my friend with PTSD would not have survived the weekend esp with the noise and lil window … a trip to the front desk and they happily changed my room and apologized …. Will definitely come back

We arrived at 3 pm and were told the rooms were not ready. There were people already waiting 2 hours. We waited several hours later and the room was not ready until 645 pm! There were many ladies using the lobby bathroom to dress for the evening. We should have been given breakfast vouchers or a drink ticket! This was not acceptable

This is my third time staying at this property. This time wasn't the best. The bathroom was dirty, there was mold on the shower liner, hair in the shower and dirty towels in the bathroom as well. Other than the bathroom the room was clean and comfortable.
