One story house on Blair Hill with spectacular views of Moosehead Lake from every room. Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place and enjoy the grounds which are bordered by trees, offering full privacy from any neighbors. Snowmobile from this home to the lake or trails. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting, ATV trailheads all within a short drive. 4x4 vehicle recommended in winter for road leading to house.

Great floor plan, well equipped cook’s kitchen. Gorgeous views across moosehead. King sized bunk beds were fun. Short ride into town, just down the road from Lilly bay state park. Great jumping off location 10/10 would book again.

Absolutely beautiful view an location for getting away! View of Moosehead Lake and the sunsets are perfection! Layout of the house is wonderful and spacious!House is fully stocked with plenty of cooking supplies, utensils, pots / pans etc. Big stove with griddle in the middle is wonderful for cooking breakfast and beautiful well cared for set of cast iron pans make clean up a breeze! Will definitely return!

Privacy, tranquility and great view

First time renting here. Rented for a week. Best view ever! We are familiar with Greenville, as well as Rockwood. We rent every year, twice a year. This rental offered peace and quiet. Privacy, even though you know there are other homes nearby. And the view is to die for. Gorgeous sunsets.The house was more than we needed, as it was just my husband and I. But we appreciated all of the space. There is an a.c. unit in the Livingroom and in the master bedroom. We used a fan for the back room with the bunkbeds. There is a bureau in the master room but you will be living out of your suitcase for the bunk room.Also, the Adirondack chairs you see in photos are now by the firepit area. So you may want to bring your own folding chairs for the deck. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and some. There were no instructions on how to operate the a.c./heater/tv. You can text for anything and anytime. We just chose not to bother anybody. The location is great. Directly off of Lily Bay Road where we go moosing. No moose sightings this past week/year but we have seen many over the years directly on that road. We drive 30 minutes up, turn around and head back to town another 30 minutes. Greenville offers two fine dining restaurants. We like dining casually at Kelly's landing and the Dockside Inn and Tavern. Both offer lake views and outside dining. Trailside restaurant has good food, no view. Indian Hill Trading for groceries and everything else.
The Adirondacks that are moved to the campfire. There was plenty of wood.
