At nearly $400 for a room it would be have been nice to have an air conditioner that worked. I called the front desk to switch rooms and no other rooms were available. They brought me a fan which also didn’t work. So I called them again and of course that was the last fan. Eventually the engineer on site brought me what I’m assuming was his fan (super nice guy and I appreciate him). He was able to get the AC working for a little bit but then it went out again not long after he left. I didn’t bother calling the front desk to complain. I kinda thought they would have offered a discount on their outrageous price but they didn’t. The rooms were tiny and in no way shape or form worth the money. The wife and I needed a night out and thought we would “splurge” bad idea. This place basically just took advantage of us and didn’t care about our experience with their raggedy facility. Will never stay here again.

Loved the contemporary feel. Location excellent. Nice touch to have lavender sachets available for sleep. Only negative was sliding glass bathroom doors didn’t feel too private when sharing room with a friend.
