With a short distance to the city center, shopping school and childcare, the villa hits the spot in many people's everyday lives. Irisvej is located in the residential area on the north side of Grenaa.
The villa offers a separate room with a double bed.
guests have their own entrance to their room from the basement and are always welcome to take advantage of my lovely outdoor terrace and raise.
parking is free and in front of the house.
The house is located in a quiet area and is close to the city center. You can park in front of the house without any problems and free of charge.
The house has a nice covered terrace which guests are welcome to use during their stay. It is also a large garden with ca800 m2 lawn and a small greenhouse. It's a quiet place and I have a good relationship with all my neighbors around the house.
The house has 88 m2 on two floors. The living room I live in myself and the basement is nut renovated which is used for Airbnb guests.
Remember and drive on VIOLSKRĂNTEN VEJ following the main road for and get to the house. Take a look at the picture for guidance.
If you want, you can also go to the city from here, so you don't have to take the car.
There is a bike path at the end of the road that you can walk, about 5 min then you are in the city center. Tulip road is the bike path.

It is 2 newly renovated rooms down to the basement with their own entrance to.
The entrance is in front of the house on the right down the stairs to the basement.
It's a key box next to the door for check in without a host.
Both rooms have large beds. Grey Room has a three-quarter size bed as well as an extra guest bed and Green Room a double bed 160x200. Both rooms are equipped with furniture for clothes and have radiators.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The toilet is located in the living room right next to the stairs when you come up.
It can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children or you can rent the rooms separately.

You can park in front of the house without any problems.
You need to pay a little attention to the GPS guide of the house as sometimes it can be a little confusing because of a bike path that cannot be passed through. Tulip road is a bike path and does not come to the house.
You have to drive from violskrÀnten vej , and turn right of iris road to follow and get to the house.
There is a fridge available for guests and complimentary coffee/tea.
The toilet is up the stairs.
