The living inside and the life in the garden are connected by the large panoramic windows and let you easily step outside, where large parts of the house are surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace, inviting you to barbecue and sunbathe outdoors.



Gjerrild is located at the tip of the nose of Djursland, i.e. with coastline on several sides. You can look forward to wonderful bathing days and fishing trips, which you can reach on foot or by bike. Further inland on the peninsula you will find hilly beech forests and the disused Sostrup Castle monastery, tranquil lakes and abundant wildlife. The area around Gjerrild is not overcrowded and is easily accessible via disused railroad lines and small roads. Visit the Mols Bjerge National Park in the southern part of the peninsula and experience the beautiful nature on hikes. You can also drive to Grenaa and visit the Kattegat Center and experience the city on the Kattegat.
