Luxury vacation home with fantastic views, pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

On a hill old farm (so cool thick walls) with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills. Great part (150m2) of a Casa Colonica (farm). Luxury property with fantastic views of a medieval village. Swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace. Very family friendly, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. Spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large private terrace. Flat screen with satellite and DVD player. Swimming pool with various (lie) beds and a couch. Villages nearby as Panzano and Greve Montefioralle with good supermarkets, fine restaurants and terraces. Market on Saturdays and Sundays. Also you can visit Florence and Siena (both 30 km). Hiking trails directly from home. In the summer you can use the large vegetable garden. Owners are occasionally present in the house upstairs (not rented). There is a private path from the apartment to the pool.

Very good stay in the middle of chianti

Traditional and magnificent house with a stunning view to the Tuscan landscapes! The house is well fursbished, beware the via romana to get there, drive slowly . We enjoyed our stay there and would definitly come back Thanks !

Une maison bien mieux équipée que l annonce et avec un vue fantastique

Si la maison est difficile à trouver compter 1 km de voies romaines pour y accéder , elle est grande , spacieuse , bien équipée , avec une déco de bon goûts et une vue fantastique , une piscine trÚs agréable à disposition. deux bémols pas d accÚs à la lumiÚre de la piscine et surtout l entretien du potager tous les matins juste sous les chambres qui vous réveille vers 7h

TrÚs belle propriété avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine (deux familles avec jeunes enfants). La maison est spacieuse et trÚs bien aménagée et décorée. La terrasse est trÚs agréable et la vue sur la campagne Toscane magnifique. La propriété est située à une heure des villes historiques Toscanes. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Puur genieten in Casa Panzanellino***** Het huis heeft heel veel charme, knappe kwaliteitsvolle renovatie en inrichting. Alle comfort in het huis, op het terras en aan het zwembad. Het zicht over de vallei is adembenemend, een Toscaans droomplaatje! Dank je, Tessa, onze vakantie in jullie villa was fantastisch.

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Es gab fĂŒr uns keinerlei negativ Punkte! Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft gelegen mit einem super schönen Pool und toller Ausstattung im Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und sowohl die KĂŒche, als auch alles drumherum so ausgestattet, dass man sich wie zuhause fĂŒhlen kann. Alles sehr großzĂŒgig und weitlĂ€ufig und vor allem der Blick ĂŒber die Toskana ist einfach unvergleichlich.Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir könnten eine super Zeit genießen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Family Trip

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

A True Tuscan Experience

The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to spread out. It could have been the time of year that we were there (September) but the mosquitos were absolutely awful so make sure to bring bug spray. Other thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the house. And as someone who does not ever travel with one, it left us running to the store to buy one!

Beautiful villa but very remote

We stayed here for 4 nights. Tessa provided quick responses to our questions. The villa has an unbelievable view of the Tuscan hills. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a nice open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. On our last night, Tessa provided a chef who made a great dinner for us. The road to the villa is a very rough dirt road that is 3/4 of a mile. Plan extra time to get anywhere! When you arrive at the villa, there is a gate that needs to be opened, which we did not know about but figured it out. The coop in Greve is the place to get your groceries.

Erholsame Woche mitten in der Natur

Super schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet - vor allem die KĂŒche. Sehr gerĂ€umig. Wunderschöner Weitblick von der Terrasse. Allerdings sollte der Schotterweg erwĂ€hnt werden, nicht unbedingt praktisch fĂŒr jedes Auto. Leider konnten wir auf Grund der Temperatur den Pool nicht nutzen. Das nette Besitzerehepaar war in der Zeit auch anwesend.

Beautiful house, verandah and great swimming pool - large and deep enough for diving if your teenage kids love this as ours do! The Chianti region is beautiful. Trips to Siena and San Gimignano are a must!

Prachtig, zeer compleet uitgerust en mooi gelegen huis voorzien van alle comfort. Vier uitstekende 2-persoonsbedden en nog 1 bed extra. Moderne en nette badkamers. A great stay

The house and the location/view is amazing. Rooms are big and spacious, kitchen is well equiped. The road to the house is dirt road and SUV is definitely to prefer. The pool is amazing, but unfortunately not in connection with the house/terasse.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Amazing flat in a gorgeous location. Easy access to nearby towns and wineries. Breathtaking views all around, especially from the pool. The flat, pool area and garden were exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tuscany Villa - panzano

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tuscany at its Best

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!
