We didn't feel comfortable at this hotel. It didn't feel clean, the walls felt thin, the beds were not all that comfortable. We would not stay here again. Given the price we paid, we had expected something more comfortable. We blew a fuse by using the kettle and hot plate at the same time, and it took quite some time for it to be fixed which made us late leaving as we were in the midst of cooking breakfast. I believe they responded quickly but first attempt didn't solve the issue and we didn't know they'd attended to the issue because there wasn't any follow up with us and the outlets remained not functional. We would keep driving to Hokitika or stay somewhere else next time.

Best bang for buck stay in Greymouth
Ive stayed in 5 star hotels which arent as clean as this. Super clean, even small little things like utensils to the kettle were perfectly clean and in working order. Super quick and friendly check in. Location wise its within walking distance to the station and supermarket as well as the bridge and town centre.
