Check-in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. The room was clean, so comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and nice. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. It was not being refilled, some of the food that was not refilled had been there a long time and was not edible. The pancake machine was broken and not working, though a staff member did try and fix it. Other than the one that tried to fix the pancake machine, other breakfast staff was short and grouchy with those of us just trying to have our breakfast and be on our way.

Bathroom Smelled weird carpet was dirty made my feet black.ice machine was broken had to go down stairs every time one of the elevators was broken so waiting for the one elevator to come around took long. Breakfast was yummy tho

The hotel was exactly what we needed. I had a problem-when I made the reservation through Expedia , I paid for the first night for 2 rooms. When I got there- they had no record of the first night payments for both rooms. So I had to pay again.
