EV chargers are available on the site car park and on-site there is a spa complex, vitality pool, 18-hole golf course, The Oak Room Restaurant, The Clubhouse sports bar, fitness room, bike hire, pizzeria available for guests aged 11 and over, and a communal fire pit. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed decking with furniture and an on-site car park with EV charging available. The Neighborhood:

Nestled between Grimsby to the east and the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the west, the quaint village of Waltham can be found. Best known as the home of the iconic Waltham Windmill, a popular, partially-operational flour mill popular with visiting tourists that dates all the way back to 1880, this charming settlement is home to the Waltham Windmill Golf Club and the GCMES Miniature Railway. Visitors can also find the Tetney Golf Club, the Bradley Woods, and the Source of River Freshney within a short drive of the village.
