Cayman Villa is a bright, spacious, and breezy 4-bedroom villa located in Cap Estate, the northernmost point of Saint Lucia. The villa offers some of the most stunning views from Mount Hardy. As soon as you step into Cayman Villa, you'll be struck by the abundant natural light that fills the space. The travertine tile floors and coral walls provide a beautiful backdrop to the dramatic sea views of the Saint Lucia-Martinique channel.

The main villa includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The primary suite features both a shower and a soaking tub. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the galley balcony, offering splendid views. The modern, streamlined kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the high-ceilinged living area is warmly furnished with a minimalist touch. This living space opens onto a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and overlooking the pool. The pool deck below provides unobstructed views, making it perfect for sunbathing by day or stargazing by night.
The fourth bedroom is located in a private cottage suite with its own entrance and separate terrace. This self-contained suite includes an en suite bathroom and shower room, making it ideal for guests or in-laws.

Cayman Villa is perched high on Sea Breeze Hills in Cap Estate, just a 5-minute drive from the newly opened Cabot Saint Lucia and Sandals golf courses. It's also within a 10-minute drive to the Rodney Bay area, home to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife. Nearby attractions include Pigeon Island National Park, the Daren Sammy Cricket Grounds, and the Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre. The villa is surrounded by beautiful beaches and several resort spa hotels. Enjoy the stunning views of Martinique on a clear day and the refreshing Atlantic breeze.

What an incredible experience here in St. Lucia!!! Thank you to Lynn and Kirby for looking after us throughout our stay. Our family loved the pool and the space. The views from the pool deck were spectacular! Visited great beaches and restaurants. Fortunate to play at the Cabot Golf course a few times absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic Villa in a quiet location with wonderful privacy. This is a large Villa with all the amenities one could ask for. We had six adults and one child and everyone could find nooks and crannies to hide in or be together for meals inside or outside. We spent lots of time in and around the beautiful, clean pool overlooking the ocean. Lynn and Kirby attended to our every need and Lynn’s cooking was excellent. Blue Sky Luxury was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay!

This house is spectacular. The location and view captivating. The staff that greet you and assist you are fantastic. Can accommodate several family's or just two. Staff can cook every meal or leave you alone. your choice.... Easy drive to Rodney Bay for supplies and/or great restaurants.

The villa itself is beyond expectations but the staff really went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Lynn and Kirby. For example - when unable to locate a driver for our group on New Year's Eve, Kirby took it upon himself to shuttle us around until nearly 2am. We will definitely be returning to Cayman Villa. Looking forward to our next visit.
