The Paesolu residence is located on a hillside, approximately 1.5 km from the beach, the center of Porticcio, and its shops. It comprises a group of small buildings, no more than two stories high.

You will have free access to the residence's swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, as well as to the tennis courts.

The one-bedroom apartment (F2) is located on the ground floor, with no overlooking neighbors. It includes: an entrance hall with storage, a main room with an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a sofa bed (sleeps 140 cm) opening onto a terrace with views of the garden and maquis shrubland, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Please note that the apartment does not have internet access or air conditioning.

Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.

Opening of the Terra Bella 1 swimming pool from 02/05/24 to 06/10/24 from 9am to 8pm.
