Summary:

A highly functional two-room apartment, thought out down to the last detail and equipped with high-quality materials, a walk-in shower, whirlpool, sauna, wood-burning stove, kitchen unit with sink, stove, and dishwasher in the living room and lounge, and a rotating breakfast bar made from a solid 8 cm oak slab, so that two people can sit side by side or four people can sit opposite each other. Additional kitchen cabinet with refrigerator, microwave/oven, various coffee and espresso machines, hand mixer, toaster, and much more.

PLEASE NOTE: The four-sided courtyard and, in particular, the outdoor facilities are not yet fully developed/completed; individual wings and the entire outdoor facilities are still under construction—THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE ROOM PRICES.



Optional services such as bed linen and towels can be booked at an additional cost: bed linen (€10/set), towels (€5/set), cleaning of sauna/whirlpool tub (€7.50 each/per stay), wood (€1/per log, can also be brought along).



Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.



The POOL mentioned in the description IS ONLY A NATURAL POND WITH A REED BELT, whose water quality is often inadequate in midsummer.



Guest Access:

In principle, the entire grounds, including the two ponds and the riding facilities, are available for use. However, the stables themselves may only be entered after consulting with the horse owners, and the horses may not be petted or fed under any circumstances.

Riding lessons or cross-country rides can be booked; please contact the riding center directly.



A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the Hexenburg four-sided courtyard (fee €5 each).

Getting Around:

Saxon Switzerland with the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve, and of course Dresden, Pirna, Bautzen, and Prague, less than two hours away by car, offer countless opportunities for excursions and sightseeing.

For environmental reasons and to keep overall costs low, the price shown only includes the cost of accommodation: Optional extras can be booked directly with your host:
